  1. i think they might be a tad long. I'm running 11" strokes with about the same lift and the same mounts as you and i have about 5" up travel. (yes the tire would eat the fender before i extended the bumps.) what leaf packs are they, 4wd or 2wd? btw, if I'm correct in who you are, sick "go fast" XJ.
  2. got this in an email from rockauto.com. figured i should post it up in case anyone is in need of parts. http://www.rockauto.com/RSS/vehiclefeed ... &html=true
  3. no snow recovery...yet. however in the past month: i pulled out my neighbor from the ditch cause his burnouts got out of hand. :rotf: pulled the forklift from work out of a gravel driveway cause the idiot driving thought he could do a 90* turn in loose gravel and gun it at the same time. both times the winch was used. to get the forklift out i had to strap the rear bumper to a tree cause i was just sliding forward.

  13. nice job. follows the cab perfectly.
  14. So what do you think a turbo muffler is? something you bolt to the intake of the turbo to lessen the intake noise. :shake: Wrong. Next victim? agree to disagree

  16. my thoughts exactly, a turboback catback? sounds fancy, wish I had one. Ummm ... guys, a catback is an exhaust system from the catalytic coverter back. And a "turbo" exhaust is just a baffled muffler with fewer baffles than most OEM mufflers. thats not what i'd like to think.
  17. I'm still playing it. learned how to fly the smaller planes, still trying to work out the bugs on the 747 :D
  18. my thoughts exactly, a turboback catback? sounds fancy, wish I had one. especially when i see zero turbo in the somewhat bad pic.

  20. tail gate down=more wind drag. just ask mythbusters.
  21. i think it would be close, but the MJ should come out ahead. 1/4 mile would be different outcome though.
  22. Wha?! , that's so lame! yes it is. either way though you would have to modify the frame mounts for it to fit a MJ Do you have to notch out for the crossmember? I don't remember the difference between the MJ and XJ crossmember. now i never actually tried putting a FT 4-link on so this is what i read on other forums, but the frame mounts hit the cab supports on the MJ so they need to be notched.
