  1. good solid plan, brent. for your rear springs, i would just SOA it with some 2wd leafs. they just plain ride better and perform better offroad. although, I'm not sure what kind of towing you do. i tow my quad around places and they sag, but not horrible. SOA-ing my truck was worlds better than when i had the rustys SUA leafs in.
  2. if you drive normal and don't just hammer on it all day, you can have fun and make it home safe.
  3. bring it!!!! 2 MJs are better than 1.
  4. and yes, the Cummins would be towing.
  5. yes. i run 2wd packs and they are super flexy. they suck though for towing or hauling heavy loads because they sag too much, but i couldnt care less about that.
  6. i think he was there. but yeah, if he was there it was him haha.
  7. one is Jerry (and his GF Shaina). he was there with his bro at the last meet and greet.
  8. yup, should be at least 2 XJs.
  9. ok. it will be cool to wheel with a TJ for once
  10. any word yet, dave? nobody that i know is going friday so I'm gonna have to wheel all alone or make new friends.
  11. if your gonna wheel, don't use them.
  12. x2 nice "poser" plates btw
  13. don't know how it is by you, but a lot of stuff around here is easier to conquer with a longer wheelbase. and my ramp champ just for the hell of it :D
  14. it doesnt matter what tires you run, a properly built suspension will have bumpstops. they help you keep the tires out of the fenders and prevent you from bottoming out the shocks. and, ramps are cool and all but your "score" don't mean anything on the trails  i score high 800s on the 30* ramp.
  15. I'm going August 20-22
  16. what? i have to tell you guys everything?
  17. whenever, I'm open pretty much all of July and August.
  18. 1) locked axles 2) long arms 3) bilsteins 3.5) rock rails
  19. yeah, your gonna have to pull up hard (most likely). don't be surprised if you bust your hand on something. i would go 4-link for the long arms. its more stable and with 8" coils, your gonna need the stability. are you gonna make the long arms?
  20. i have mine the exact same way. only real "problem" i have is when the exhaust heats up the d-ring on the bumper and it burns your hand :shake: good thing there are 2 d-rings on the bumper haha
  21. the VINs include the XJs and MJs numbers.
  22. nice! mine is on the shop refrigerator.
  23. got some new to me Bilstein 5100s the other day. it rides SO much better having the whole truck on Bilsteins.
