i used a drill press. its easy to get it square in one. the only thing that i had to worry about was the depth of the taper.

broke a leaf in his 4.5in leaf pack, took 3 months to send a replacement leaf. thats my story.

i just installed mine last weekend. you need to relocate the swaybar axle mount, cut off the steering stabilizer axle mount and trim the front of the coil buckets. it is recommended to brace the coil buckets, but i don't think its a must. i did just cause i have access to a welder, but would have had no problem not doing it. the only thing bad i have to say about it was the 3 week long wait to get it.

i see spring perches in that picture...

if the max those arms go is 18" and the chart says you want 17" for 6in of lift, then i wouldnt run those. that means that the arm is threaded in only 1" and thats not safe.

i dunno. what gears do you have. I'm running 4.10s with the 33s. and 20 highway wasnt a one time thing. i get consistent 20s every road trip.
