  3. well most aftermarket bedsides for desert trucks are around $500 for a pair. :dunno:
  4. Now get out there and do some progress on it!

    Dead?

definatley a chupacabra. 100% sure. It might even still be alive, its just waiting for its bottom jaw to come back and bite you.
  6. I've got about 7 years on my CSF in the big XJ, works great in Texas even with the tons, stroker, and 37s. Everything else on the cooling system is stock (although new) except for a huge tranny cooler too. My MJ is going to need something here pretty soon though...
  7. IMHO The further out you get them the more stable it is and the more vertical they are the more effective they are. When they get put on some angles with the tops leaning in towards eachother, you get more of an oscillation rolling effect. My experience anyways. You really can't outboard them from the frame rail cuz the frame is too wide on the MJ. And more bed space.
  8. I know what you meant, but thats not what I'm going to do ;)
  9. I'm going to bend up a tube table and the top is going to be the caps covered in a clear high gloss urethane. kinda like so
  10. Beer bottle caps! I've only been doing it for about a year but I have an embarrassingly large box almost full. I buy lots of beer that I have no idea what it is just because of the cap on it, and I put back beer because it has a blank cap. Everywhere I go I hit up the liquor stores looking for different caps. I've all my friends saving their caps for me as well. Every time some friends go out of state, I give them beer money and tell them to bring me the caps! Originally I was going to make a small coffee table but by my last estimation I have enough to cover my kitchen table and all the counter tops as well.
  11. Mine was cracked in half and the truck would start and die, unless you held it at WOT, cuz I was told supposedly at WOT the pump bypasses that resistor. I replaced it with one off a cherokee and now its just noisy when I get low on gas.
  12. I think the only way bushwackers look *okay* is on fullwidths. Get some 1.25" spacers and keep the ravines. The ravines are pimp.
  13. so is the plate in your avatar real or a photochop?
  14. Cutting/notching the frame in back to mount the coilovers out as far as possible?
  15. supposedly 5.3 from a 01 suburban with 90k on it. I'll have to find out how to verify that. It has some tags from the P&P the guy got it from, but I don't think it had a VIN # or anything like that. Either way, I need a car intake to get it under the hood and I'm going to send the harness and ECU off to get tuned and chopped. I'm not the worlds bestest wiring fanatic. Cable throttle body is already on it. I thought about getting an NV4500, but I think for now my NV3550 is going to have to work. My money tree needs some miracle grow!
  16. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^Those are pretty sweet, if you have a garage and space for it. I would have one if I met said requirements.
  17. Harbor Freight jack here too. No hair trigger drop, and it actually lifts high enough to get my big jeep off the ground.
  18. lower the tire pressure down to about 30psi
  19. WOOPS! :wrench: don't know when I will start this. Wasnt really planning on it right now but a deal came up and I took it! I currently don't even have a cherry picker to get the thing out of the bed.
  20. in my hand
  21. thats the problem, they needed a t50!
  22. was looking through the winterfest pics on NAXJA, thought this one was pretty BA
