First suspension cylce done tonight. EVERYTHING clears at ride height AND full bump at lock-to-lock. Very pleased with myself and my first ever suspension design outcome. Full speed ahead. PXL_20220304_013925775.mp4 PXL_20220304_014747262.mp4

Another day, some more progress...Tomorrow ill get the crossmember sitting at home, start on the radius arms and some bracing for the crossmember

I do CAD, and then I do CAD, and then I make the part lol Sent from my Pixel 5 using Tapatalk

Progress on the crossmember, need more material but getting there slowly. Radius arm will be mounted in plane with the crossmember and obviously won't be on top of the beam. So it should be a pretty flat angle which will attest to nice road manners. Sent from my Pixel 5 using Tapatalk

Ha! My girlfriend kept coming out to the garage puzzled and asking why I'm just sitting there, its tough to explain to non-car people lol

Passenger side stiffener is on, and cleaned up both sides. Next step is to get the passenger beam mount bracket done. Then control arms. Ordered the rod ends for that today. Sent from my Pixel 5 using Tapatalk

If I can yes, but worst case scenario I'll get ibp shocks with a bump zone Sent from my Pixel 5 using Tapatalk

Full bump oil pan clearance photos included as well we driver side beam mount is completed. I sure don't like welding the factory steel. Sent from my Pixel 5 using Tapatalk

I don't have a good photo, but I jacked up the beam to a near full bump and it was good. I'll make sure the beam is bumped before it contacts. Sent from my Pixel 5 using Tapatalk

First half of bracket one done....many to go. Need to fill in near the corner cause I cut it square like a dummy. Sent from my Pixel 5 using Tapatalk

So the front will be at 69" WMS and 84" overall width. Pretty on par with most prerunners. Finding a 65"-67" WMS rear axle shouldn't be too hard. Sent from my Pixel 5 using Tapatalk

Haha I caught that too after I took the video! I just misspoke but good catch [emoji106] Sent from my Pixel 5 using Tapatalk

Today's progress. Can't weld in the shock tower until the WJ master and booster are fit into place. So hopefully this weekend I can burn in this shock tower and then move to the other side! Sent from my Pixel 5 using Tapatalk

Well I'm stuck at home for COVID, might try to get one side done if I continue getting better Sent from my Pixel 5 using Tapatalk

Depends where you live. Here in socal it would probably be around 2750-3000. Only because of the mileage, otherwise it's not the best options wise. Sent from my Pixel 5 using Tapatalk
