  1. Some more Rusty's parts
  2. Damn, can't wait to put mine on now. Just waiting to do my trans swap first.
  3. Yeah. She sat about an inch lower in the rear before so these helped.
  4. Yeah, this is going in once I put my gears in. Took it out of my old Xj.
  5. Overall. I'm happy now she doesn't look like a lowrider
  6. She now sits better in the rear. I used Xj 3.5" AALs and ended up with almost 2.5". Now she sits about an 1-1.5" taller in the rear like a truck should. Front with 0 lift for comparison
  7. Got some goods..
  8. Good to hear man. Just keep at it.
  9. Well, screw that idea. That guy wants my 350 and 400 cash for that 4.2. Hell no!
  10. Thanks. Its the old scoop off of my Xj. I originally got it off of a Mercury Cougar Eliminator.
  11. On the fence now. Got a chance at a 4.2L, 5spd and 231 for the H.O. 350 motor I have..... Although I miss my old 4.2L.
  12. Man that clay gets nasty when its wet.
  13. Looking good man.
  14. Proof that book learnin' and "certifications" mean little without common sense. I provided examples of water situations that did not require "blasting" anything. I guess your claimed education did not prepare you to think for yourself if you can't imagine such scenarios for yourself. Typical. And an "engineer" who runs k&N's especially on a jeep... just makes me chuckle. Proof that catchy ads fool the gullible. Maybe you are the "engineer" who designed that Tornado? I did not insult you so be a man and act like one. As for my K&N, I live on dirt roads and cleaning it is a convenience. I did not buy for power. I did not come here to argue with you nor will I bow down to you either. The only way you will ruin that filter in a stock airbox is to irresponsibility blast a water crossing or take water over the hood. I live in the Everglades so have far more experience with water as you would have more experience in rocks/trails then me. IMO, your job is to help the members instead of attack. If you don't like someone's lift or mods, don't run them and don't put it down. Its not your rig so don't worry. So take this with a grain of salt, step back and chill out.
  15. Lmao. More like four guinea pigs on steroids.
  16. Full body shot. Now to pull that dent (I have kids. Lol)
  17. Thanks guys. Here's a clip of the Magnaflow muffler. Jeep Mj 2.5L Magnaflow muffler.:
  18. My airbox is only temporary as I am modifying an airfilter from my old Daytona to fit.
  19. As he spit into the wind. (Wiping eyes) ah yes, it all comes back to me now. Lol.Here's a short clip of a Magnaflow on my 2.5L Jeep Mj 2.5L Magnaflow muffler.:
  20. All I've done is the old school Xj airbox mods to my Mj (remove restrictor from lid and that stupid blend door up front) then added a drop in K&N filter. Works great. As for Hydrolocking, you'd have to be a major idiot to be blasting deep water enough to ingest it. There, I said it seeing as no one else will. Yes, You're an IDIOT if you blast deep water holes to take water over the hood. This is coming from an engineer and ASE mechanic.
  21. Found one for sale with 231 transfer case for 300 from a 97 Xj.
  22. Few bits of "candy" for y'all. 1st off, modified air cleaner. And a shot of her new color.
