Installed a new battery after 10 years of hand me downs and used battery's :/

Oh I see I'll try to replace the o rings today again to see if that's the problem and I'll use Vaseline this time .

I used bearing grease since I didn't have oil on me at the time , but thinks for the input I appreciate it I'll check out the bwd [emoji106]

My 88 mj is leaking fuel from/around the injector again :( . I replaced them 2 months ago because the old injector orings where leaking so I replaced it with a napa oring set and had they had been working flawlessly until today. I Smelled a strong fuel odor and I immediately shut it off and opened the hood and saw that #5 fuel injector was leaking . So I want to ask you guys What kind of fuel injector orings do you guys recomend ?

Was rear ended a few years back ,and the accident report said comanche "chief" but it's actually a base .

Hey guys my 1987 jeep comanche 4.0 5speed is having trouble idling after start up . It seems like it wants to stall but after a few seconds it'll rev itself to about 1500-2000 rpm and the near stalling will go away . My 1988 comanche 4.0 also does it but not as bad . Does anybody know what it might be ? I'll try uploading a video in a Bit .

Mines doesn't have it , But my 88 does have the ballest resistor

It's was a really hot day here In Vegas today ,and I noticed that I could hear my fuel pump run from inside the cab once the truck was running after a while , but the noise isnt as loud when cold. my question is , is it Normal or should I be worried ? Also it's a 1987 4.0 5speed and the engine was running at 200~210*

You need a cluster from a renix jeep 87-90 that has the cable driven speedo , 91 and up is electronic . Also you need too get a cluster from a cherokee/comanche with the same engine and you need to swap the water temp sender and the the oil pressure sender which is pretty easy :) .

Did the napa cable ever fit ? I have 1987 shortbed and the cable that goes to the pedal snapped and I wanted to know if the napa cable fit yours .

I'd like yours but sadly mines is a short bed
