Here a few pics from when the family and I went camping for a night. Going back up there this spring to camp for the week end and wheel. Some nice trails up there. Didn't get to many pics but will later this summer. My daughter and I watched a butterfly come out of her cocoon. It was cool Some night wheeling, we only stayed one night. But a must to go again, nice trails around there.

Fullsize trucks are allowed that tire and they rather sell tires then mount them.

We should have a memeber rating stickie or something of that sort. When it comes to buying and selling and trading and whatnot. Something in that regards. ?????????? 8)

:rant: Damn 65* plus southerns. No so yeah got the tires on last night before we got about 8in more of snow right now. So yeah looks better just need to lift the front. LA kit being order on Thursday. :brows: . Get Pics later to post. But it's not that I'm lazy to put my own tires on but when you got no time and it;'s cold as helll out then it's just easier to just have them done. But my mine point was the lack of Faculties to support the sport. This is what I don't like.

that is what I thought but they was one of the main ones that turned me down. Went to two different one. Yeah got them carried in but yeah not put on the truck. Went to Sears once I installed my 3in lift and got an alignment and they didn't want to do it but they did but said they couldn't warrenty it because of the lift. Just sucks because there isn't "4x4" work shops around where I live. If I had the money I'd start up one of those 4 Wheel Parts franchisees, closes one is in INDY.

ok,,, that question,, well I'm not going to answer it,,, we are part of the US you know,, we are like a non official state this was suppose to be the first meeting and first time Ill see the manche but the guy told me to call him to confirm,, so I did on saturday but no pick up, same on sunday and today,, finally I got tired and called at his work and his dad tells me that his son (the owner) is not going to sell,, and I get all piss and tell his dad that he needs to teach his son that if he make a compromise you keep up to it, or at least call me and tell me you aren't selling,, I know of the whole unofficial state thing but don't mean you drive on the same side. And yeah that is so BS he should of at least called you, that's at least the respectable thing to do, common curiosity.

So got my 33x9.50 mounted on my soft 8s and then went to have them put on the truck, but no. Drove all around town trying to find a place and no body whould do it. Because my truck only calls for 235/75/R15 as the biggest tire to be mounted. Even at some shizzt holes too. Not that I can't do it my self which I'm going to do tonight yet but Its like 4* outside and I don't have anything to go in or under. I hate winter in MI thats way maybe end of summer moving south. Any thing can be fix, rust too. So there is no mistake in buying an MJ just the mistake of paying to much on dinner for that girl that dosen't seem to quit calling. X2 on sticky though

May MJ came from FL also, 163,000 5speed and ran with puke, 4x4 and Sb, buckets, she was stock with decent tires of 235/75/R15 and I paid a $100, so up to you really but it's 4X4 so it is worth at least $500, no rust but native to FL so easy engine fatigue but not so bad mileage, has the welcome comforts of buckets and air nice if works, ax-15 swapped in only cost me $500 so offer $600 to $800 and put out for tyranny and maybe little lift to start you off and you have a decent start at about $1500.

I collect Emmitt Smith trading cards got about 65 or so. I don't go out of my way for them but when I come across on I pick em up. Only to continue the obbsession I had when was a kid.

yeah just do stoker, i'm big on the 4.0 but got kinda excited to hear of the v8 swap, seems to be a little easier then I use to think being that I THOUGHT YOU HAD TO SWAP THE WHOLE DRIVETRAIN. BUt yeah I think I may go with the stoker. But may just wait now though to finish the RK 3 link long arm set up and then pull the engine to do everything up nice. I'm getting a 93 two wheel drive xj next week that already has the front 4x4 axle in it and comes with the ax-15 and t case, but thats going in the MJ. So was going to stroke the 4.0 i have sitting to put in it with the ax-15, but was pondering the idea of swapping the H.O. over and all the wiring and what not to clean up my MJ wiring wise as well as the inside. I'm buying the XJ to be reliable DD for school and work. Engine in XJ has 170,000 miles with the head and top end rebuilt last year for prventive maintence as well as the rear main seal. So not deal, but what if I just throw the tranny and t-case in there and make it 4x4? Taking some opinions anyone? :dunno:

30 is getting a major overhaul when swap out the 4.10 gears. :D I would love to do this swapp then, only reasoned I turned away was didn't want to change everything out. So if everything is availabe maybe you can point me in the right direction then to collect what I need. thanks

...........yea........ :brows: what about the input shaft to the 318? then whould I need to change out the steering setup or could I just run lines to the pump and keep stock also?

Well got my advance adapters cataolog today and was looking in it and found that they got the motor mounts and brackets for the MJ/XJ, which I knew they did why I got the mag, but saw as well they have an adapter belhousing for the Ax-15, sweet right? Maybe slow to catching on about this but trying to catch up. So my question is if I did the small block conversion could I keep the rest of the drivetran stock? I whold love to put a 350 in but don't want to mess with the hassle of the rest of drivetran. So any help much appreciated, planning on pulling my motor for rebuild, stoker, but if I could do the 350 I want to do that. Thanks.

Well CW, nice very nice rig. I have referenced here a few times but I decided to sit and read your buildup from the beginning, and 2 hrs later and done and very impressed with your build up and appreciate the writ up and pics and videos, very thoughtful for the other jeep folks. And I really like that bone bumper set up. Great price and function. Just what I want got what I need for now without putting so much money out and then I can add to it to give it that personal touch you know? Again nice jeep as well as the TJ. Look forward to see what you decide as far possibly lifting it to around 6.5". (Hope you do)

add some leds out back and toggle it inside, nice for out on trails and for those a ss huggers on the road, just be sure not a cop. :rotfl2:
