Yeah that's what we do up up here when we do our clean up. I was thinking of getting something organized and try to start a annual clean up done there. Just trying to get familiar with the land and regulations for down there.

Nope back in MI only until spring time.Work I had lined up done there I got done with early, So came back for hoildays without the jeep or tools, then I got some work lined up up here so went back done to get jeep and tools but needed to rebuld the 8.8 before left, bad pinion bearing-so just overhauled the whole thing, so had to wait so took a job so was done there three weeks instead of 1. But now I'm in MI and awaiting what I want to do next with the jeep and going to get more situated then move back down or someplace else warm... Got a room JT? :rotf:

What get's me the most is that any weekend you can go take a full truck load of trash to the dump (1 dump with 3 miles of these trails) and it only costs a flat rate of $5 of whatever trash, less the tires. I'm just dumbfounded.

Well went back down for another month, mainly to get my tools and rig back up here, being I'll be sticking around for a few more months after all. So took some pics of the local trails down there. And as well as I ended up getting a overhaul on the 8.8 bearings just before I drove back on up. These are some of the local trails and mild ones at that being I had my mom's with me and she no like much, and is terrified of the ruts.

Well first off what are your measurements for the UCA and the LCA's? Mine was the 6.5" set up and my length was around 30" for UCA and 27.5" for the LCA(just a rough guess without havling my jeep in front of me) Better yet check out my thread and see my install... viewtopic.php?f=7&t=4976&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&start=45

Nothing huge something like the last one i started to build for her but some guy wanted the motor and in the end bought the whole jeep. She was not happy about that but it happens. Plans for it are 4.5" RC lift with drop brackets trimmed fenders trimmed o fit 34's. My plans for it are really a street rig that i can drive out to where ever wheel and drive home. Thought it was for the woman? :shake:

I haven't broke anything on the 30 yet really do to the 37's, I just replaced both hubs but I think that was more fitige then anything and was just due, which the 37's kinda just push it to the edge. Of course not wheeling it like a rock crawler but I've done some things that I was scared to do but it climbed right on through. So got the woman an XJ, eay? What what's the plans on that one? :brows:

renix block is the same so bore it out, intake is different so swap it out, always can cam it, new headers, new head, just need to do some research but you can do anything if you want to. Told by Superior to run the full spool have to use the CCE. SO why not only like $650 for everything so might as well.

How do you expect to see 75HP from a cam? Maybe 7.5. Roller rockers are worth maybe 2 at most, if that... E-fan, like 6HP? A HO head is worth something, but not a lot... Might as well do the late style intake as well. But still... Bored TB should be worth 1 or 2, add a performance header and see another 5 or 6 at that point. It's not like building a LS1 or a modular Furd. Just giving a rough estimate on the claims of each thing, needless to say my point was you can get alot out of a 4.0 without having to put out a check for 4 grand on a blower.

I figured eariler on a full spool 4.88 and alloy shaft with c-clip elimanators for the 8.8 and figure a 44 with lockouts for the front and upgrade as well the shafts and for my wheeling style should get a few good seasons out of them. Then if need bigger to to go to a real frame. Or hey you know I could win the lottery. :fool: Well have to play first I guess :doh:

well could rebuild it and bore it out. Blue print or balance the engine Or you could just put a cam in it and get like 75hp from that. Rollor Rockers to free up some hp. 62mm throttle body, electric fan conversion, new head. Stage I or II chips. Many ways to had hp and staying under that price of the supercharger. What are you looking to gain?
