you need a radiator, fan, legal lights, and a 3 pound sledge. maybe a ratchet strap. whatever is the fastest/cheapest way to get you driving is the path you need. worry about perfection later.
get aftermarket then. fit and finish matter less at this point. we need legality and functionality.

honestly, I'd be inclined to just slap a radiator and a junkyard front fascia on that truck and keep driving while the insurance is worked out.
