No and maybe. $10 stainless hood pin set, a couple $1 handles from the hardware store, and some stainless picture frame hanging wire between them. Pure functionality. :D

I do! Too bad I ain't got it. :cry: My interior blower doesn't even work at this minute. I have a cheap clip-on 12volt fan that I picked up at the auto store that I hang from the back window and point at me. You can sort of see it in this pic:

You'll need just about everything from the donor rig. Wiring, motor mounts, exhaust, cooling system, transmission and maybe even the t-case. Oh, and driveshafts too. If your's is an 86, then you'll need the front clip too (radiator crossmember, hood and latches)

There are different strengths of steel tubing and I have to imaging that inexpensive control arms don't use the strongest stuff out there.

Be careful with that expanding foam. It can trap in places moisture, or even worse, some of them seem to attract moisture.

We stayed at the state park campground. Much quieter than the private campgrounds down the road. I would very much like to go next year. My parents will own the Diesel Libby by then and we can go and wheel the MJ and it's tow rig at the same time. :D

If it makes you feel any better, I'd have to cut out my suspension crossmember in order to drop the trans on my 88. :D

I hate owning dark color rigs. I've got a dark red MJ and it heats up like nobody's business in the sun. It will eventually be a light tan color (maybe like a desert camo).

They're front tire flaps from the big trucks. Cost me a pretty penny, but I couldn't pass up the chance to have "Peterbilt" on the back of the truck that, uh, I built. :D

As far as I know, all the dunes are on the Lake Michigan coast. The only ones you can drive on are at Silver Lake.

All I know for sure is that changes occured in 91 and crossing that line requires the entire fiberglass unit. If both vehicles are earlier than that, individual parts should swap.

It all depends on what years are involved. You wouldn't be able to grab a headlight trim from a 91 and bolt up. But you could grab an entire front facia assembly and bolt it up.

Depends on what parts you need.

If you grab the entire fiberglass assembly in front of the hood/fenders, then any year will work. If you only want a few of the pieces, then there were some changes in 91 when Jeep simplified how the parts went together.

Sounds like a cookie issue on your end. I had that sort of probem a while back and it was because I accidentally canceled a cookie. I'm no expert though.
