what's wrong with the tires you've got? going bigger isn't always better. more stress on parts and even less power (if you don't re-gear), all for an inch more ground clearance.

Yup. Would have too. but apparently someone blabbed to MJslaya and he just couldn't help himself but to post up to rub it in (he knows Ben and Darren outside of CC).

Ben has indeed had his posting privileges revoked for 2 weeks. Not exactly a "ban", more like a "go stand in the corner for a time out".

I can't afford to give them what they need. money conservation is key at this point in time. But I might be bringing the 90 over to the garage pretty soon so I can at least work on the fuse panel issue. :thumbsup:

what about some sort of aluminum angle iron along the edge of the bed?

just an fyi, longbed MJs have both their rear shocks mounted in front of the axle. shortbeds are both behind the axle. :thumbsup:

is there oil on your exhaust crossover pipe?

Look! I actually did something to my trucks. :D New tarps! ewww... I put a larger one on the 88 so it would fully cover the bed and it even covers the cab a bit. and the 90 just looked atrocious with the pallet/tarp combo that was sitting there simply because I had to put it somewhere.

I always read stickies when I first join a forum. Unless its like on customfighters.com in their general streetfighter discussion section. Over half the threads on the first page are stickies. You may well be in the minority. :yes: soooo many times we have to tell people to post a price in the classifieds. soooo many times I get emails asking if I have any stickers or such. and once in a while we get a post from someone asking what they should do since their hood won't pop up. :shake:

if it's "all over" it very well could simply be a valve cover leak. those have been known to get bad and will deposit oil all over the engine.

where is the oil leaking from? rear main seal?

gears are generally the answer to power woes. But rebuilding the 4.0 into a 4.6 stroker has been done too. run some searches for stroker and you'll find plenty of info. Check out the stroker website too (with I can't think of offhand but you should find it on here in one of the stroker engine threads) :thumbsup: what are you running for axles?

350 engines can be very hard to cool in an MJ. we have a small engine bay and a small radiator opening. also, be prepared to kiss the rest of your drivetrain goodbye. :D Why are you typing in all capital letters? sending via a phone?

the canister stores vacuum energy for the HVAC system. The charcoal canister is what absorbs fumes from the gas tank.

I reeeeeally like the CRD in my family's Liberty. that's a sweet engine. :D Sir Sam is working on putting one into an MJ right now.

nothing wrong with a divorced case. Plenty of wheelbase under there.
