  1. I'd start with the tps. That's what my issue was
  2. That is a beautiful truck. Where did you get your axle?
  3. I know the factory hub face was 58 1/2" would a 58" hub face work? Or would the 60" be better?
  4. Tach is plug and play. Nothing extra to ad a tach. I did it my 88 a year ago. Couldn't be happier
  5. I'll probably just leave the factory axle under it. Having a spare axle never hurts ;) lol
  6. Make sure the back of the new cluster is the same color as the original. Blue swaps with blue, white swaps with white.
  7. Easy swap. I did it on my 88
  8. What about using the d35 that's already under it?
  9. What did you use for axles on the 2 you built?
  10. Thanks man, ive admired your camper for a while. I thought about eventually getting something like a widernest top for it if I could ever find one. What I ment with having shocks is I'm trying to keep the trailer from going airbourne. I've had that happen a few times with my snowmobile trailer and my utility trailer where I hit a bump and the trailer bounces all over the place. More than likely I'll be using the trailer to haul scrap, some landscaping. And maybe camping equipment when the group goes
  11. So I've been wanting the make a Comanche trailer from my long bed. My question is should I cut the rear section of the frame and weld an a frame on it and leave the axle under it. Or should I build a new frame and use a trailer axle? I kinda like the idea of having shocks but I'm looking for some advise. Hopefully Ben will chime in on this :)
  12. Can't wait to do my trailer. 86 long bed.
  13. Mine idles about 700
  14. Changing to an auto without changing your gears will make your truck a dog without changing the gearing.
  15. I agree with you entirely hornbrod. Plenty of better tires out there but if you're on a budget, or a highschooler like I was with little money. This is going to probably be your best bet.
  16. See I've had nothing but good luck and I've had them on my f150, Dakota, Durango, all my friends have them on their xjs and I have them on my mj. For the price of the tire I don't think you could go wrong
  17. Walmart has Goodyear wrangler radials. I paid 74.50 a piece for them its a good tire with mildly aggressive tread and give a good ride and good handling
  18. Sure was! Its easy to install a factory cluster with a tach
  19. I run my radio aux cord and phone charger cord under the center console and out that ebrake slot in mine to keep it all out of the way
  20. This winter will be in indiana and I can't find an ax15 near me. All I've found is a ba10 with just under 100k. But I'm pretty sure $500 is too much with no bellhousing or t-case.
  21. I had the same problem with mine and went to autozone, bought a pump and my heat started working and I started running cooler. That was a year ago.
  22. I have a pair in Birmingham al. They are vynl burgandy seats. Passenger seat looks good. Drive seat is kinda rough.
  23. What would be a reasonable price to spend on a ba10/5
  24. Limited slip?
  25. I shoot me a pm. I got most everything you need except seats, and the dash pad is in rough shape but all the plastic is good.
