  1. Sounds like you found a good place to start looking
  2. Just kind of a shot in the dark but the connector can't be in upside down can it?
  3. I've repaired it twice already.
  4. Anyone got one? I have an 88 4.0 swb. My needle on the fuel gauge is now horizontal after hitting a series of bumps and then driving up the steep incline if my driveway.

  6. I considered using the 5.2 drivetrain from the Durango I had that got into a fight with a tree and lost. Until I did the research and realized what all was involved and how expensive it could get.

  10. There is a switch on both the brake and clutch so if you step on either pedal it shuts cruise off.
  11. Anyone ever add factory cruise control to their truck. I want to put in on my 88 4.0 5 speed. I have an 86 2.5 5 speed parts truck with factory cruise that I can probably scavange most of my parts from.
  12. And you can not get a 2000 Cherokee with a 5.2. 5.2s and 5.9s were only in the zjs and in 99 when they went to the wj in 99 they started putting 4.7 v8s in them which I won't touch with a 10 foot pole.
  13. Its a lot easier to just get the 4x4 running gear and use your 4.0
  14. Some factory lwb trucks came with a 23.5 gal tank
  15. I have all the parts for the conversion including a brand new slave cylinder, master cylinder and clutch kit
  16. I have a rebuildable 5 speed trans and a 207 t-case. T-case still works though with 107xxx. Trans is stuck in reverse
  17. Check all the connection points for power
  18. I have tail lights $80 each or $150 for the pair
  19. Also get a laser thermometer and make sire the guage is accurate.
  20. Use a volt meter and make sure you have power to the light socket. Check the switch on the brake pedal
  21. Water pump and thermostat would be what I check first. And do a coolant flush
  22. Mine is the same as the 2nd one. It lights up and I got humming out of the speakers and some static
  23. Ive got one that I can get fo come on and the speakers hum not sure if its a radio issue or a speaker issue or an antenna issue. Let me know if your interested
  24. Well finally got my b-pillar lights working. I think its a problem with tue fixture. Installed my footwell lights and I'm thinking about installing the cargo light I got off my parts truck but I'm not sure how well it will work with my roll bar.
