I talked to my friend steve today about my comanche while helping him on the datsun that he is restoring. He said that he will give me a hand when I tack in my trackbar stuff.

While we are on the topic of grade school antics. I seem to remember being told that when you have an issue with someone that you should talk to them before you cry about it to the principal. :thwak:

BPB replied to blackdiamond's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
look up this past weekend's trucks, I believe that they modified the renix intake to flow better with the H.O. head. I think that yyou can watch it on the powerblock website. it is part two of the stroker build -
I didn't know that oprah was behind this, she must be in one of her fat stages. I like fat oprah better then skinny oprah, she is more warm and enviting.

actually, what's pretty funny is your constant lack of ability to interpret the fact that I don't actively go make fun of other member's threads, because I'm actually NOT a jackass and some others here are. I'm here cause I like the trucks. we share that common fact. so, while he may not like my thread, and I may not like his, at least I'm not gonna go ahead and be a fool about it. maybe you should grow up a bit. ya think? i mean, it's a little amazing that you're what? in your 40's? ya should probably stop acting like a bully and start acting like an adult. I am actually 24, now let's quit crying and get back to discussing our discussions about our comanches!!! *Sigh* I was talking to the dinosaur who started this off-topic finger pointing part of the conversation. (wahoosteeler) I've really got no problems with you multipurposemj ok, good now I can sleep tonight :wavey:

As a person that grew up in a union household I may be a little biased. Unions are a good thing. They played a big roll in making a middle class by forcing companies to pay enough for people to comfortably support their families. Even today, unions have their rolls in the work place. I know that my mom, who is a teacher, was having issues with her principal at school, the only person that she could turn to was her union rep, who was able to help solve the problem. Where unions start loosing their effectiveness is when they get greedy. In the same way that the corporate bigwigs do. They demand higher wadges then what is fair, they also demand outrageous benefits. Unions need to be more in tuned to the health of their business, if lower pay is necessary to keep a company afloat then they should ok it. It is better to have work at a lower rate then be completely out of a job. It isn't the companies fault that american families stretch their budgets to the max.

haha, you no someone named morris. Morris is his last name. it's still funny as hell. No, what's funny as hell is that Ben made fun of you with this thread and you just jumped right in and "oh yeah, i talked to a guy about the 87 blah blah blah". :shake: actually, what's pretty funny is your constant lack of ability to interpret the fact that I don't actively go make fun of other member's threads, because I'm actually NOT a jackass and some others here are. I told my mom that I was going to make her a new carpet, she said no. So I told her that I was having one made at an upholstery shop. Then I went to homodepo, I bought some black indoor/outdoor carpet, some #90 spray adhesive and stole some 1/4" plywood from work. I went over to darren's with my new supplies and the old carpet. We laid the old one on the new one and cut out the new one in the same shape, sprayed the adhesive on the plywood, and the carpet and then we drank beer while standing on the plywood until it dried. cost me $30

What's wrong with aliens :hmm: Dude, you friggin crack me up. Have you ever seen Real Genius with Val Kilmer? You're like Laslo. You just quietly and unpredictably show up out of the closet, make a quick appearance with a comment or two, and then disappear back in to the closet for awhile. Hilarious. Perfect analogy HAHAHAHAHAH :D :rotfl2: :jump: Metaphorically speaking Darren is Tom Cruise; they are both cult members!!!

I removed the trackbar mount and steering box to prepare the unibody for plating. I made a template out of cardboard that I will trace onto the plate.

I was thinking that if I went to a fabric store that I could fet a piece of fabric that is similar, cut it to shape, and then glued it to a piece of 1/4" paneling that it would suffice.

Nothing, it is a 2008. I am going to talk to an upholstery shop. I don't know if the carpet is able to be removed from the plastic plate on the bottom.
