Not necessarily. A 2wd with a locker has as many drive wheels as a 4x4 with open difs. And going uphill when you need the traction, weight gets transferred toward the rear axle.
I have seen a K10 with locker and removed front ds (after it broke) have less trouble on the trail than an FJ40 with open difs.
don't got a locker or posi lim slip :grrrr:
on my MJ. it took me forever to find a right side lense. i finally found one in a junkyard in greeley, colorado. and i am yet to find a source that sells them over the counter. I noticed that the Dodge dakota tailights look pretty similar but i havent looked close enough to see if they mounted the same. it would have to be a dang tall truck to get my 250
what you might run for the torque converter lockup on the pedal would be like a brake light switch and then you can run the power from that to the lockup.
someone backed into my left rear light and broke the backup light lense and put a dent in the bed right below the light. Them lenses aint cheap neather.
i get ricers that do it to me all the time. i let off the gas when I'm in the jeep, but when I'm in my 67, i speed up, when they see a big white steel bumper, valance panel and 4 driving lights in their rearview mirror they tend to speed up
This is how i fund my college edumacation. haulin scrap. lol. My boss gave me like acres of aluminum, steel, copper, and old rims and engine blocks. This is in the college dorm parking lot with my buddies 250 diesel with another load.
