    Yep; everyone told me that I would need to remove the carpet and mat. I tried to dry it with heaters and fans for months, and it still was dripping wet. :bowdown: "…excessive heat?" doesn’t seem excessive to me, but I do plan to cover everything up with POR 15 then a layer of bed liner. Glad I took it all out, because I found this:

    Color match the primer, so the scratches won't contrast (show-up) as much. Unless it’s a pavement princess, then it doesn’t matter.

    As Cadences' daddy would say - if he wasn't constantly getting banned from the CC- We are proud of you Kid ;) Looks like he's also taking a break from the XJ forum: "... and goblazers_6 are both officially DQ's from this months competition and will not be allowed to participate in COM for the next 3 months. Than the MOD spanked him some more: "...I am truly disappointed in the fact that a friendly competition has dropped to such a low point that one feels they must cheat to win.
