Nice, what are the specs on it? I love to have a 4 door JK for daily driving.

When you go to the "Links to share this photo" tab Click on the IMG link, high light it all and press Control C to copy and Control V to paste it. (Command instead of control if youre on a Mac) Still works on Firefox.... :dunno:

90% of the time it is the track bar/track bar bushing. At what speed does it happen? Does it happen every time? And does it need something like a bump to 'start it'? Also can you please post a picture of your steering? (straight on from the front) At 4.5"I would lean towards guessing it's the rear DV vibrating.. But thats normally not an issues on the older models.. but his lift could be more than 4.5

97+ Conversion, Brake Lights?
92tanMJ replied to floundering's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
What's your question? Can you explain it a little bit more? I have the 97+ converision and I didnt have to do that. And I know I guy that modded his bed to fit the 97+ taillights as well and he said he just spliced the wiring -
:agree: a gutless motor is still a gutless motor...225/235 with 3.55 is extremely common. I still don't think it will give you what you want. IMHO sounds like an LS swap is in your future. haha  ;) just kidding....no but seriously. Seems like you have plan to keep it as a street truck- you can still run somewhat oversized tires on the highway and still get good MPG. The best highway MPG I ever got in my cherokee was when I put on some 31s with the factory 3.55 gears. Now on my MJ with 3.07 and 31s....yeah it sucks but its doable. Check out this chart maybe it will help some: http://www.offroaders.com/tech/gear-ratio-chart.htm And check this out if you want to get fancy: http://www.grimmjeeper.com/gears.html That's just my two cents and I hope it helps out some.

He poked the bear for sure....but I could see other members phasing choices starting the problems just merely because of way it is translated over internet arguments. imo

Some people need to take a chill pill before this thread gets closed down- tone doesnt translate over the internet well...just sayin'

thanks, i'm lovin the tread wright site, just not lovin the out of stock, Redwolf x2 I'm looking at getting the gaurddogs in 34s or of whatever it is lol 315/75/16. I just wish they had them in true 35's with a 15" rim. And on the Cooper ST Max... it's midway between an all terrain & highway tire. There is nothing MT about that at all lol

Using them for your MJ? Why not get get the trailer lights people use or the ones for XJs?
-
I would be honest with him about everything and why you don't want it, and thank for the opportunity to look at it and everything. That way if he ever takes it to the scrap yard you may get a shot at getting it super cheap. :dunno: But agree with them everything that's been said above me.

$700 Off Road Capable 5.5" Soa Lift
92tanMJ replied to Incommando's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
 I'm thinking about doing this, this summer if money allows. I will be going with B Lee offroad's long arms though since theyre only like $300 more than getting adj. uppers and lowers. And I want to stretch the front about two inches as well...but who know's we'll see :shake: -
How fast are you going in reverse??!!
-
Glad to hear youre okay, that matters more than anything. If it was me..I would do it. I looked at those photos of the frame for a good while and couldnt see anything wrong. So should we start helping you pick out a lift kit and tires? ;) Calif is that way 90% sure that's how it is in Ohio as well
