  1. Did you just drill a hole in the cab?
  2. Stealing a man's dog is a death sentence where I'm from.
  3. Ok, for those of you that have antennas mounted behind the cab, either in the bed or rear bumper, etc, how or where did you run your coax cable? And how long of one should I get? My antenna is mounted on the bed, drivers side. Also, where did you mount your cb's? Pics would be cool.
  4. 3.73 and 32's
  5. Just seeing who's out there. I do a lot of wheeling, poker runs, etc with a local jeep club.
  6. If you plan on highway driving, 3.73 or 4.11
  7. Bed rack. 4 bolts and It's out. I'll be either doing a bumper tire carrier or use a YJ carrier and mount it to the rack.
  8. Love the show man, keep the comanche's coming!
  9. Hi-lift and collapsable 4 way.
  10. I should've been specific. Heat scraper, comes off easy. I didn't see the part about plastic.
  11. Very few in Oklahoma. At least in the city. There are sometimes random ones on Craigslist, but not often. I've yet to see one on the road besides mine. There are a lot of j-trucks though.
  12. Amazon has the bucket conversions. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00564BOVY/ref=mp_s_a_1?qid=1354330359&sr=8-2-fkmr0&pi=SL75 Ddm tuning has good hid kits, or once you get the buckets, slap in some silverstars and go. http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/DDM-HID-Kit-Slim-Ballast-35W-or-55W
  13. Torch and a paint scraper.
  14. It was really simple. 2 pieces of 2" square tubing cut to about 1/2" short on either side, welded some angle iron on the ends and drilled some holes, bolted it up. Only thing I don't like is that the rack is made from conduit...not very strong. I may get a different one, depending on how well this one works.
  15. Goose started out as a humble, stock mj in Manhattan, ks. Made its way to Colorado to spend It's life as a winter truck for an elderly man. Until now. 1988 mj pioneer 258,000 original miles, 50k on rebuilt 4.0 and ax-15 Np231, stock axles and.07 gears No a/c Stock suspension Added a poor man's 3" lift(slayers, shackles, add a leaf coming soon) procomp shocks and stabilize, new tie rods, ball joints, muffler, and clutch ms. Added 3 100w kc 6" lights on top, 2 130w 6" explorers for some trail lighting, next are some reverse lights. Took the roof rack from a buddies vw bus and made a rack for the bed, to hold camping gear. A buddy of mane drives the "zombie slayer" jeep. Thinking I might go this route for paint. That's it so far. Next on the list is interior, switch to buckets, console, and a sound bar.
  16. I want a cap like that in the worst way.
  17. No, you can pick them up at most parts stores or online.
  18. Yep, It's an overload spring. Love the truck. There is one on CL here in OK that looks exactly like yours. Same color scheme and same bar in the bed.

    Mosin Or Yugo?

I used my mosin as a hunting rifle one year. It's sporterized, with a 3x9x35 long eye relief pistol scope. No bolt mod needed. Just hammer out the pins on the rear sight and you have a dovetail mount. To which I mounted a picatanny rail to. I shot 2 does, one at 40yds, one at 130yds. A lot of places online sell soft point ammo. PalmettoStateArmory.com is the one I use.
  22. My 88' is named Goose. I had the most loyal border collie named goose, and he loved riding in the back of a truck. Died before I bought another one. He was my wheelin buddy.
  23. we have quite a few clubs out here. tell him to check out Red Dirt Jeeps on facebook, okjeepthing, and independent jeepers of oklahoma.
