    Hello fellow Comanche Maniacs, I'm looking for a throttle body. I would love to get a 4.0l tb as they provide a much needed boost in power for the 2.5l. I will glady take (buy) a throttle body for the 2.5l though. I just need to have my rig up and running agin. Thanks guys and I would prefer somewhat local so I can hopefully pick up ASAP and fix my lil mini beast

    Maybe a clog in fuel line itself, or a pinched, kink, or hole making fuel pressure to low to keep it running? Or maybe the fuel pressure regulator under the throttle body is tired?

    Well it has to be fuel or air flow that is off. I was running fine, until when this happened. It will fire every time without hesitation too and start but will immediately die.

    No I dumped the 2 gallons I had into the tank to make sure the tank wasn't empty.

    Yes to gas, also just replaced fuel filter

    I can give it gas and keep it running when I spray the carb cleaner in and out of extra fuel to try the with right now.

    Okay, so sprayed carb cleaner into throttle body and got it to run. It ran real crappie and only for a little bit. Sprayed carb cleaner again, same. So is my throttle body in need of a cleaning or replacement?

    Changed out relays and no change.

    So I ran a few checks(ohs, voltage to relay, ect) all seems to be in specs and voltage was at power terminal. About to head to parts store to garb a relay and toss it in and cross my fingers

    It's a newer pump (previous owner installed) looks almost brand new too, and when I turn the key I do hear it prime, not sure if that irrelevant.

    My radiator over flow is there and can't seem to locate that ballast or two orange wires. ..

    During my drive home the other day after leaving from a red light,shifted from 2nd to 3rd and noticed kinda lacked power but rpms were low so I down shifted to 2nd, power continue to fade and then it died. Now it will start and immediately shuts off, even if I give it gas it will still $#!& off.

    Ok I'm on the last step of my rebuild and need help with valve timing and making sure I tighten them when they are closed. Alls I have found is intake closed 258 ATDC Exhaust closed at 34 ATDC But which piston does label which piston valves. Please anyone who has rebuilt a 2.5l with any good info please help

    Well I have 2 inch coil spacers on the front now would those be reuse able to help level me out? And what would your parts list look like Pete?

    I am planning on buying a 4 inch long arm kit in the front and SOA rear and was wanting everyone's advice on what other components will need to be extended, upgraded, or what not? I already know things like brake lines, shocks, sway bar relcation bracket or longer links, but how about the tie rod and drag link as well as the track bar? Will the TC/tans need to be lowered? thank you guys as always

    Did all my u-joints both front and rear drive lines and front axle. Then I decided to clean and paint my front drive line All ready to go back in, but decided to due a clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, throw out bearing inspection first Then of coarse the fellow class mate stepping in .

Ops didn't want my windshield wipers to peel it off, not thinking that from the outside its backwards.

    Hey guys i'm really looking for a pair(2) of 31/10.5/R15 need to be a Mud Terrain or similar aggressive tread parttern, Currently I have 2 31/10.5/R15 Toyo MTs on the rear and 235/75/R15 on the front. They are about 70 or so precent would be super amazing if someone had the other pair of Toyo's but defiantly open to something similar to get my ride level again. Just tracks weird and feels kinda unpredictable. Thanks guys

    wired wheeled the front diff and gave it a coat of moss green. Also went and had my tires put onto my new rims to find out one tire was unusable :mad: so they offered me a matching pair, :doh: of 31s... I need to get the front tires matching soon it just looks way out of wack :hmm: and pretty sure I can't really wheel like that either.
