I was messing around with an basket idea for my mj,, thought it would look kinda silly with just a basket on top, plus it'd look even sillier with something in it piled up.. I did this on paint just to see what it would kinda look like. Image Not Found

To tall for my tastes.. would make for a good mount for a ski rope in some snow with a board though!!!

Thats what you call a remote turbo.. Its used mostly on v-8's. Theres nothing wrong with the design at all.. It keeps intake temps down and engine/turbo temps down.. seen a few Camaros running them. That type of mounting has been around for a while.. edit: on second thought,, I would put the intake filter somewhere a little higher/cleaner/waterproffer

I like it!! right there with the KISS philosophy!!! hey give a run down on the parts you used.. gun, and how it salvages material... what not,, I want to make one too!! :D I was thinking of building a big tumbler out of a 55 gal drum and some old lawn mower parts,,, just throw what you wanted cleaned/ polished and a hour later go get them out.. don't know if it'd work or not, I've never had/used a tumbler before.

Hey shoot the valve cover after good drive,, I painted my VC and wondering if I should redo it with high temp paint.

oh, i don't know, i borrowed my boss's (work at a volvo shop, he's owner/main tech and i'm the underling...so he's got all the tools you could need) but shooting everything under the sun is about fun as hell. Yeah we had one in the F.R.S.H. (Forward Repair Station, Heavy) It's amazon how how accurate those things are,, even from long distances.. We used to shoot the rears of M1's to check exhaust temps, and the sand just to see how it was...

They look real good!!! But, I don't think those will fit to be honest... You could make them though, they look easy enuff to make.. Just a lil metal, saw, and welder,,,
