1988 MJ BA 10/5 swap to 1995 AX15 transfer case shifter lever linkage

The Peuget BA 10/5 transmission had a bolt for the transfer case shifter linkage. The AX15 does not have a place to bolt transfer case linkage. Does anyone have a solution?

When we swapped from BA 10/5 to AX15 we tried fabricating a linkage, that didn't end up working too well so we purchased a new linkage which works great. A quick search came up with this. https://shorturl.at/79r2u

I wouldn't bother with the stock linkage. I'd recommend going with something like linked above.

Agreed, I replaced my stock linkage with one like above, it allows for much better shifts of the transfer case.

Originally I had cut and welded two different adjustable roads to get mine to work. Now I 've got the Azzy's Design Works linkage kit and it works great.

long, looong ago I fabbed a flat bar that added the pivot hole.  but we live in the future now and I, too, would go with the AZZY stuff.
