Why are all the NOS items $400?  Is that just the magic ebay #?

This is not NOS.  I believe a lot of people don't really know what that means.  You can tell by the fact that the foam has indentations, there's rust on the inside of the heater core pipes, and numerous other signs of use.

 

Still a decent deal with free shipping.

Agreed. Meant to post here.. This is a good seller and I reached out to him weeks back. The guy that posted was a new hire and like you said, had no idea what NOS meant. It is out of a 67K XJ which is a good thing though.
