Rear window seal

Hi guys

I have found a company here in Australia who willing to make me a rear window seal. Would any one like to tag on to my order.

the rubber trim piece?  that's an awfully complicated piece.  are they making it as one long strip that needs to be cut for the top, bottom and sides?

Not sure if you’re on any of the Facebook pages but try there too. 
 

The only problem I see with this is the glass is becoming increasingly rare unless you know someone who can either make the solid pane or the three panes. And then it boils down to the aluminum frame on the sliders. 
 

Dont get me wrong, I’m all for this. The newest pieces is about 32-25 years, depending on how long Chrysler serviced the rear glass. I just think that’s something to consider.

Is this something that would fit a sliding rear window setup or would the seal be different?

I have a sliding glass window with original seal. Is the fixed glass a different seal.

Seal is the same for both windows.

I think there's potential for a lot of interest on here. This is one of those parts that's getting harder and harder to find.

 

Price, quality, and shipping to the other side of the world are big factors, but I think there are quite a few people who would be happy to join in. Keep us posted on how the meeting goes.
