No, but there are a couple ports on the passenger side in front of the expansion tank but you need a special reader (DRB or snap-on) and it’s all real time, no codes to store.

You can also get an RenixEngineMonitor from nickintimedesign.com/ for real time monitoring.

Out of curiosity, why are you looking for one? Had a boss one time that wanted us to have vehicle trackers for work. Was kinda funny when he went out to find the obd port to try to install one on my old 88 YJ

The OBD port you are referring to that an insurance company plug would go into was introduced on all US market vehicles in 1996.  No vehicle before 1996 would have one and all vehicles sold in the US in 1996 and later have one.  It's known as OBD2 and includes a standardized port and protocol across all manufacturers.  Some manufacturers have their own protocols that are unique but they are all required to have common protocols for things like emissions, and certain diagnostics tests.

If you are considering using one of those OBD tracking dongles from insurance companies, don't bother. The measly discount they offer vs the value of the data they will collect, attach to you and resell without your consent, is not worth it.
