Pulling hair out here. I am trying to remove top plate of radiator to install new radiator. I have two bolts that will not back out. They turn freely with socket. I have tried to feel under the plate for presence of nut, cannot get fingers under. Attached is pic of one of the bolts. There is one same location, other side. Do any of these plate bolts have nuts? What am I missing? Why is something so easy so hard?

Thank you so much, once.i cut these things off, is it imperative they be replaced?

If you do NOT replace them, the condenser will flop around on it's top end.  The will eventually lead to a condenser with cracks, and that will cause all the refrigerant to leak out.  The rubber mounts are available new, so bite the bullet and get a new set.

Understood, what if I don't have ac?

It holds the radiator from flopping around in the open space, definitely something not to go without

The factory parts manual calls them an "insulator".  Factory part number 52002585, Rockauto calls it a radiator mount bushing.  Rockauto shows out of stock.
