Not a bad start to a junkyard weekend

Every year I try to do a junkyard trip the weekend of my birthday so this year I found a few new yards. These are the pics from the first and there were 3 mjs and some rare xjs too

that one red bed looks halfway decent!   

 

also I spy a door window visor thingie and what appears to be a full gauge cluster

 

this winter we need to get together and do some scavenging!    I love a good junkyard run

Yard two had a really nice long bed and several xjs but they stack which kinda sucks

It was nice but it would be hell to get out. They also stack and it’s all the way in the back of a row. I graduate in December and am planning another trip around then. You’re more than welcome to tag along

I see pictures like that and am reminded of how blessed I am to have the junkyards we do up here.  There's a couple of them like that, but they're way out in the boonies and I generally avoid them.  I remember traipsing through them back up in PA....I don't miss them.  LOL.

Good eye, @Pete MI missed the window guard at first glance...

 

Will the yard "unstack" if you ask them?  Getting beds out isn't that hard with a couple sets of hands.....

Maybe but there’s very few places to put stuff cause the yard is so full

Another two yards today and 2 more mjs as well as a lot more cool xjs. Truck is getting full and we are heading home so I’ll post the haul later

Yea... it’s rust free but has damage on the back and dents all over

Here’s the interior parts all laid out. Got almost a complete mj black interior. Just missing the back two cab pieces, dash and seatbelts. Plan to go back and grab seatbelts and the dash from one of the cherokees when it gets a little colder. Second pic is all the extras that I grabbed
