fiatslug87
Does anyone know what material the base gaskets (items D below) were made of?
eaglescout526
Probably the same material they used as the gasket for the cargo light. So some sort of rubber.
Strokermjcomanche
A thin rubber , I have some that I still need to install if you want pictures.
krustyballer16
I've installed and reinstalled mine and never used the rubbe. The feet didnt make enough contact with the wheel wells to even matter if there was a gasket or not soo....Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk

Pictures would be great, if only for historical documentation.

I can show them and the fitment of my rollbar Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
Minuit
I'd think some neoprene foam rubber would be a good match for this material. Of course, I've never seen the real gaskets in my life but I have used foam rubber for all kinds of gaskets with good results... you just need a very sharp blade to cut it with any precision. Strokermjcomanche
I have to look for the fourth piece , but it's just a mirror image
PCO6
I cut up a piece of rubber BBQ mat for mine and it worked fine. It's a bit thicker than the original gasket material and at 30" x 48" I have plenty for other projects. https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/master-chef-rubber-grill-pad-30-in-x-48-in-0852146p.html#srp
Jeep Driver
You can get Baler belt at Rural King different widths and sold by the Foot which is basically Tire material perfect for all kinds of things and is cheap. Also the truck stop near me sells mud flaps which were about 3/16 thick and appears to be very firm but pliable rubber it is perfectly flat with no writing on it or impressions they sell for $20 this would also be perfect for your gasket / pad.
