EnlistedManche
it has to be from somewhere under the hood just curious to see if anyone else has had this problem or knows where its from. this is the passenger side, this isnt from the AC the jeeps hasnt been run in two days but its been fairly stormy here. Crash
If not from the HVAC or heater core. Probably the cowl or lower window area.

hassyfoto
Not to be funny, is it water or anti-freeze? Did this happen while it was raining or you were washing the truck? Are the heater hoses connected correctly and tight. Possible hose issues (split in hose, hose clamp not tight, etc..)
ComancheKid45
Ive had this same result with my 2wd when it rains hard......not sure where it comes from, ive sealed below the blower motor and part of the cowl, only happens after continuous hard rain so I'm not too worried with it. MrSimon
I've had this same problem .... mine ended up coming in around the windshield. I took out the windshield trim and put a light smooth layer of silicone all the way around. Problem solved.
Minuit
My 91 had (has) the same leak. The water was coming from either the blower motor gasket or where the HVAC box meets the firewall.
big66440
Check the "gasket" where your heater core and evaporator tubes pass through the firewall as well.
EnlistedManche
Solved was coming from the bottom side of the blower in the engine bay. Had some leafs pilled up there i don't know how i never noticed. cleared it out and added just a couple daps of silicone and just a dab where the leak was coming into the cab. checked it during a hard rain fall the other day and she was dry!
