Comangi
One of them is the fuel pump, the one closest to the firewall. Pretty sure the other two are AC compressor and cooling fan clutch? I could be wrong on those two.

Yep, you are.....for one thing, he doesn''t have A/C. The other two are the B+ relay, aka power latch relay, which sets the throttle after engine shutdown in preparation for the next start, the other is the O2 sensor heater relay. Rockfrog
They are just standard relays, doesn't matter what the label says. That mess is the Renix equivalent of the HO era PDC.

That mess is the Renix equivalent of the HO era PDC.Yeah, well, I like my mess.Relax, I'm Renix too, I even tried to clean it up and made it messier, so I became one with the mess. Rather have my Renix than HO, far simpler. Is it just me ... Or does that sound like there is a need for a support/rehab group in our future ...?? wutangwisdom
name isnt wutang clan wisdom..... don't understand why my title is "can spell comanche"... :fs1: I'm capable of much more than that! sorry I am asking a lot of noob questions. I did research the relays and there was no agreeing answer since I found multiple different answers especially on the power latch relay I can't find a replacement part for this relay or really sure it really exists. and for the fuel pump relay? I can only find Fuel injection relay for a replacement might this be the same thing?
glundblad
If I recall correctly, the thermostatic fan relay is located on the driver side, toward the front, along the front fender.
Jeep Driver
Pull one out, take it to the parts store, ask for three replacements, replace. They should be no more than about $10 each.

You're in the category of "Can spell Comanche" until you make a certain number of posts, then you go up a notch, and so on. Every one of us have been there. All forums are like that. All it indicates is your participation in the forum, and is done by the computer program. And as for the relays, all three relays are exactly the same, are interchangeable, are easily found automotive relays, made by anybody, used by everybody. In additon, the relays last forever, so why are you so obsessed by them? I've had my MJ for over 25 years and never had to mess with those relays, except to unplug and clean the terminals. Megadan
As long as the relays have the same pin layout and amp rating, whatever you can find will work. I had to buy a shrouded relay for a friends Datsun pickup and cut away the plastic shrouding because it was the only one with the right pin layout and amp rating we could find. 5 minutes with a dremel, works like a charm.
