offroader461
YEAH!!! The booster/master swap is complete...i decided to leave the MJ proportioning valve in just b/c it would have been more of a hassle to replace it...brakes are 200% better than b4..i highly recomend it to anyone thinking of doing it and running anything taller than 31...ill post up pics of everything swapped tomorrow... :D

1999MJ
When you did the booster swap was the rod the same size as the OG MJ one or did you have to shorten it? I was going to swap in the booster from my 99 parts rig and the rod seems to be about 1" longer. Think I may have to pick up a 96 booster.
offroader461
i followed the write up on the MADDXJ site...i used a 96 booster w/ the aluminum spacer and it was a direct swap..i had to change the sleeve insert on the brake rod where the bolt goes through but that was it...very simple and I'm very happy with the results :D any other questions just lemme know
ORCA
Â I take it your MORE brace doesn't touch your flywheel? When I mounted mine I had to mount the brace on the outside of the two straps. Seems weaker but it was the only way I could clear the flywheel.. Â http://www.comancheclub.com/forums/view ... 5620#55620
offroader461
you mean the crank pulley on the front of the motor....no mine is close but not touching...i had to modify the end of mine near the steering box in order to clear the gearbox but mostly bolt in
