Plan for the worst and hope for the best. There are too many variables to answer that question definitively. Kinda like answering the question "How long is a piece of string?"

depends on the street not to much because my trucks loud and it makes the cops angry but in mud i get on it alot more but i let off when I'm at the end

Yup. I have seen a 35 snap on the street with 29's and I have also wheeled with guys who have run 33's on the 35 without issue for years.

I've had 33x12.50s on my D35 for a couple years,I have a D44 for it just haven't got around to swapping it.

 

I know a guy who wheeled a cherokee with d30/d35 on 36" tires with no issues

I know another guy who broke an MJ 44 on stock tires
