Paul Bruchal Posted March 29, 2011 Share Posted March 29, 2011 I copied and pasted this Oklahoma law passed, 37 to 9, had a few liberals in the mix, an amendment to place the Ten Commandments on the front entrance to the state capitol. The feds in D.C., along with ACLU, said it would be a mistake. Hey this is a conservative state, based on Christian values...! Oklahoma recently passed a law in the state to incarcerate all illegal immigrants, and ship them back to where they came from unless they want to get a green card and become an American citizen. They all scattered. Hope we didn't send any of them to your state. This was against the advice of the Federal Government, and the ACLU, they said it would be a mistake. Guess what........ Oklahoma did it anyway. Recently we passed a law to include samples from any and all illegal's to the Oklahoma database, for criminal=investigative purposes. Pelosi said it was unconstitutional. Guess what....... Oklahoma did it anyway. Several weeks ago, we passed a law, declaring Oklahoma as a Sovereign state, not under the Federal Government directives. Joining Texas, Montana and Utah as the only states to do so. More states are likely to follow: Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, the Carolina's, Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri, Arkansas, West Virginia, Mississippi, Florida. Save your=confederate money, it appears the South is about to rise up once again. The federal Government has made bold steps to take away our guns. Oklahoma, a week ago, passed a law confirming people in this state have the right to bear arms and transport them in their vehicles. I'm sure that was a set back for the criminals. The Liberals didn't like it But .... Guess what.......... Oklahoma did it anyway. Just this month, the state has voted and passed a law that ALL driver's license exams will be printed in English, and only English, and no other language. They have seen called racist for doing this, but the fact is that ALL of the road signs are in English only. If you want to drive in Oklahoma , you must read and write English. Really simple. cody4359 Posted March 29, 2011 Share Posted March 29, 2011 :rotf: the whole english isnt mandatory thing gets to me. go to home depot and everything has spanish under it, call a 1-800# and theres 4 other launguages, get a stinking owners manual-not that they hardky ever get read, and four or five different launguages in it again. i think if you live in america, you need to know and USE english. i know if i go to mexico i SOL if i don't know spanish. However, cross the U.S. border illegally, u get a job, a drivers license, a social security card, welfare benefits, food stamps, credit cards, subsidized rent or a loan to buy a new house, free education, free health care, the right to vote, and all without speaking a word of english. This should piss Americans off. X2!!!! sure there is going to be travellers that don't speek english, but we are being over run by illegals so bad that when i was in high school they were trying to make spanish a mandatory class. thats complete BS and i refused to take it. your in america speak english. "we" accept anybody into this country here legally or not and as english speaking citizens, or just citizens we are losing our rights to illegals. there was an add on the radio saying come in for any health care need, no need to provide insurance, proof of being able to pay, or even CITIZENSHIP! We've been expected to know and understand Spanish since before illegal immigration from Mexico became such a big deal. That being said, I could care less. At least the Mexicans I know are doing something for their families instead of sitting around crying about not being able to find a job. pretty easy to get a job when the illegals will work for dirt cheap, no benifits, and under the table taking jobs from american citizens that demand half decent pay, with some sort of health care. us citizens arent perfect but the goverment is the main problem, not the solution. they hand out free health care to illegals with our tax dollars, make stupid child labor laws that keep you from teaching your kids how to work for a living (picking fruit, working a counter, bucking hay etc), and make it to easy to accept handouts- welfare,etc. i agree, america does have alot of lazy non-working people, but the uneducated? what good does going to college do? you get a big student loan you have to pay off, then when you graduate most start out at min wage working somewhere completley different than their major. I'm 24, never went to college but did a millwright apprenticeship, my first year at age 20 i made 50k, last year i made around 79k, and i have no student loan to pay off and work maybe 8 months a year but alot of hrs. JeepcoMJ Posted March 30, 2011 Share Posted March 30, 2011 I speak spanish fluently, and I work with illegals. 3 were worthless pieces of $#!&. the information I have on them has been forwarded to immigration. they are lazy, hardly show up to work, hardly work when they're there, and have been caught stealing MY tools, aside from stealing scrap metal from work. it's a shame that I'm doing my duty as an American citizen, and that chances are that no one will take care of these 3 guys at work. I owe 25,000 in medical bills that I am paying off, and still have debt collectors calling me. a border crosser can have the same hernia surgery as I did, and never have to pay a cent. sure, some of them pay taxes...through stolen identities. do you honestly think that that money is being paid in and used to help us out? the government knows EXACTLY who is paying what, and what is being paid under stolen identities. the paperwork is all there, and it's pretty easy to figure out that a resident of WI who pays WI income taxes, homeowners taxes, etc. can not also be doing the same in one or more additional states with a meager middle class income. Frankly, I don't give a damn what people speak. but they need to have the ability to speak english, and read it. every government document should be offered in one language: English. school costs you and me money, it should cost them. I never had my very own spanish translator sitting with me in spanish class, not even in college. I'm at a point with my spanish education that the past 9 classes I've taken were completely spanish spoken...no english allowed. and I got there without handouts, without parents paying for it. handouts teach people they can be weak and use the system. Some people genuinely need help. others are using the system, and screwing over the rest of us. send them accross the border, or even cheaper, put one in the chamber and let loose. it's cheaper, and God knows we could do with some deficit decreasing.
