I've been contacted by the owner of Street Comanche #25 and it is now available for sale. This is not mine. I wanted it to be but it isn't in the cards for me right now so I'm helping the current owner by posting this for him. #25 is Colorado Red, with Tan interior. This one has a rear sliding window, no sunroof. Jeep OEM spoke wheels and brand new tires. (only a couple hundred miles on them) Amazingly, this one is showing 78,800 on the clock. Yes you heard right. A 23 year old truck w/ less than 80K miles. Last time this one went on the block was 2004 on Ebay. Current owner has had it since then and has driven regularly until very recently. Original motor and tranny and the mileage is accurate as far as the owner knows. He had a clean CarFax returned when purchased. As with all Street Comanches it has the 4.0l w/ BA-10 5 speed, short bed, buckets, and full ground effects. Paint could use some freshening but isn't bad. A good waxing might bring it up to be real nice again. If you have Street Comanche questions don't hesitate to ask me. I do have a photo of it from the 2004 Ebay ad if you'd like. Truck is said to run great and you can drive it home from McAlester, OK with no problems. Has been under a car port, no hail damage. $2500 firm and worth it. Most of you know how rare these are. (This is not a 4wheeling rig) The owner would like to know it's going to someone who will appreciate and maintain it properly, and keep it intact. That's why it's being posted here and only here instead of on Ebay.. P.S. I get nothing out of this transaction. Just helping another Jeeper with a kindred spirit. Get it!! The timing isn't great for me, although I'm not ruling it out. Couple of weeks and I may be in a better position.
