webbjeepxj Posted May 8, 2010 Posted May 8, 2010 Love the look, what size tires??? 38's ....... 40's????
xjcat Posted May 8, 2010 Author Posted May 8, 2010 Tires are 38.5x16 on 15x10 AR767's, i had planed to use the front and rear narrow track d44's from a Waggy for my build, and 15x14 rims but i've decided to hold out for full width d60's... not sure if its allowed but here's a link to our local club http://www.nova4x4.com and my progress pics http://www.nova4x4.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=13144
freakjeep93 Posted May 8, 2010 Posted May 8, 2010 are you from nova scotia? I'm from new brunswick. welcome to the club. i can't see that dana 30/ cryro 8.25 holding up to 38s for very long tho
xjcat Posted May 9, 2010 Author Posted May 9, 2010 I'm from Newfoundland, D30 and C8.25 are not going to like the 38's hopfully i'll locate some stronger axles soon, but for now i'll just stick to some light wheeling...
MancheKid86 Posted May 12, 2010 Posted May 12, 2010 i think hes still in the midst of 4x4 conversion, so he has his driveshaft disconected
Darren Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 Wow, that thing is big. Are we compensating for something?
