Jerry Posted May 15, 2010 Share Posted May 15, 2010 "Real camping" IMO is getting to those out the way places down knarly trails and having a good fire and cook-up (edit: and LOTS of ice cold beer from my fridge). What you sleep in/under don't matter as long as you're out there doing it. I've been searching Craigslist for a Tent Trailer Locally, but can't bring myself to part $2-$5K that most people want, even for some crappy ones...anything under $1000 is pretty much needing a complete rebuild, new canvas, new wheels, and a lots of lots of work.
