I think Pontiac was originally going to make it, but with all the economic problems GM(Government Motors :rotfl2:, sorry couldnt resist) is having they decided not to do it, but thats what I read somewhere a while back, not sure if it was true or not

Avid pontiac fan and one time GTO owner , I am sad to see another American Icon hit the fan . :ack:

Nice. I am glad to see that with $40K extra dollars they were able to fix the UGLY Camaro back end. I am sorry, but it looks like it belongs on a Japanese import.

 

I have always been a Camaro fan :ack: but the modern Challenger is a much better looking car.
