Mitch Posted September 25, 2008 Posted September 25, 2008 how are you mounting the rear bumper? any pictures?
Pete M Posted September 25, 2008 Posted September 25, 2008 Don't feel too bad about the floor. It could be worse. (like my 90, which is missing most of the floor on that side)
92comanche4x4 Posted September 25, 2008 Posted September 25, 2008 atleast the floor is still there unlike mine only thing keeping your feet from goin through is the carpet

Sir Sam Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008 I have build the bumpers by myself , designed in Pro/E and then water cut. Mind posting the ProE files for those of us that can use em?
JeepcoMJ Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008 very nice MJ, and nice work. one thing I would change on your mounting for the rear bumper, is to make the hitch supports go lower onto the hitch assembly. that hitch is one giant arm which will compound leverage and cause bending (only if you're hauling beyond it's weight capacity most likely)
BLHTAZ Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008  Very nice work :D Wish I had access to the equipment and the ability to do that
mfpdm Posted September 27, 2008 Posted September 27, 2008  Very nice work :D Wish I had access to the equipment and the ability to do that  :agree: x2 You have some great skills. The inset light is awsome. Was considering doing that to the stock bumper with a set of fogs from a grand cherokee that I picked up. Keep the pic's coming.
Casper2000 Posted October 12, 2008 Posted October 12, 2008 Looks great man  Now if i could get the wife to get me something like that id be happy
heralue Posted October 12, 2008 Author Posted October 12, 2008 what is that bar made of? Extruded aluminium, a swedish company manufactures front protection bars, roof mounted light bars.
