Yeah most of us refer to the crank sensor as a CPS, although CPS is usually referred to the Cam sensor... but either way yest, it was the crank sensor. ;)

Put a new CKP sensor in the 88. Got a free set of Goodyear Radials mounted on my XJ today. :wrench:

Ha Ha, i couldent throw out an accurate number, but with the devoted time and many trial and error situations thats what shes grown up to be. Its definently come a long way from being my 1st vehicle after i got my license, I'm not ashamed to say its the cause of my Comanche Addiction. :wrench: (This site mighta been in on that as well :rotfl2: )

Yeah the Pioneer will be painted by the end of April hopefully then ill make sure to post it up as well as add that 2 its build page. It wasnt 2 bad so i skimped out on washing it today :no: , i hope it didnt mind 2 bad :roll: Hey Rob, can I have your SWB rollbar for my Eliminator? :yes:

Cleaned em all up

Ordered a CKP Sensor :roll:

Check to make sure your MAP sensor vaccum line is attached....its very easy to knock off when messing with the fuel rail. ;)

I have another expensive hobby besides Jeeps....lol Of course I'm not slacking in my Jeep dept. either :oops: ;)

Fixed a poor ground wiring job on the radio from the P.O. on the Eliminator. :wrench:

Take a screwdriver and poke around......if the frame is in decent shape id snatch that baby up. Thats close to the same setup and is the same scheme as my 90 Eliminator! :cheers:

I just swapped the whole assembly, hub and all......but using the power steering to pop the old assemblys free work great everytime. Mine wasnt 2 tight since i had just installed the locker a month or 2 back. :wrench:

1989 Jeep Comanche Pioneer Build Date- 5/89 SWB/4.0/AX15/NP231/D30/D44 This Truck has basically been like a 2nd parts rig to me. Its currently Owned by Darrell and Drew Rhine.

I'm going 2 pull a replacement here this morning, That hill hasnt seen the last of me, I have been up it in dry conditions but in yesterdays mud and considering 4 vehicles had been up or attempted it prior to me....yeah it was a bit more work. Ha Ha yeah......I'm just curious. Ill have another setup with 260x joints for next to nothing out of an 89 MJ tomorrow morning so ill just run with what ive had for awhile yet and just keep some spares near by :thumbsup:

Yeah true. Idk That kit posted above looks very appealing. I may just have to go all out and go that route here sometime soon. Thanks guys! (for the idea not for the fact I now want to spend more money :nuts: :brows: )
