I'm gonna bring stuff to sell and treat it as a swap meet too. Is anybody following the event on Facebook? They're kinda setting up a meet n greet time.... Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk -

Dirtbound is a great company! Max is awesome. I'd try to get you to buy them from me but I only currently have swb armor designed. Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk -
I can get powdercoating done at work. But if I was to do a run of something for profit then theyd charge me the shop rate. Which wouldn't be cost effective for them Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk

If you could, try to unbolt it sometime in the next month lol Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk

I probably won't have them coated unless price allows... Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk

Have you ever had it off? Will the bolts come out easily? I think I replied to your last PM. Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk

That would be awesome but I bet shipping would be killer to get here and back because it's big and awkward Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk

I've thought about skid plates. Specifically the gas tank skids. Just can't get my hands on one long enough to copy. Lol And I have quarter panel armor already. can't find a pic though Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk

Gonna start reproducing the MJ MUD FLAP BRACKETS. Hopefully cheap, simple brackets... Would replace the rusted factory ones. Would require the fasctoey flaps or you could cut your own from some material... What If i also started reproducing factory style bumper brackets? I'm still trying to gather the front hidden winch parts. What about rear 4 link brackets? I've kinda got an idea on them... Still looking into fender flare brackets Anything else youd like to see? Picking up a new hobby I've always wanted to learn!

I have heard nothing but bad things about these welders and flux core. But I've never personally used one. I learned to weld on a Hobart 140. With gas. I still have that welder and use it for body panels. But it cost about double what you're in it now. I think you'll get discouraged by using the cheap flux core welder, but don't quit! Yoill struggle for a while. Or it might work out. can't honestly say. But if you have friends with welders, go use theirs too. Basically, it's all in your motion and consistency. Keep a steady pace. Try every possible setting and position you can. The #1 thing I tell my new guys at work is "don't anchor yourself to the table or work piece" if you have to make a long weld, don't put all your weight on your arm on the table to balance yourself. Touch the table the least bit you can. Leave yourself open to move freely. Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk -
I just picked this up Wednesday. Decently clean. A few dents and a little bit of rocker rust. It's got the 3.7L in it with 203,000 miles and a blow head gasket. It's been wrecked on the front drivers side (can tell by new headlight and fender flare and good dent) something in the front end is wore out cuz the tires are wore bad. Gonna change head gasket and check heads and check front end and drive it around. I got it mainly for mock up for bumpers and sliders for a set for Pete on here. But his is the later body style, like your red one. Of course... Do you know if the frames are the same and it was just front end body panel changes? Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
