If the previous clutch created hot spots on the flywheel and it was not resurfaced or replaced, you will have exactly the problem that you are describing.

Yes...although I have heard that you can use the bench brackets, but the passenger side seat will be fixed and not be able to adjust forward & back.

Yes...but I am not sure of the one needed. I have heard that there is one for the CJ's that works, but I am not sure. If memory serves...I believe Pete is the one that posted something about knowing which one it is in another thread one time.

Yea...I understand that, but fast is not what I am looking at...it's the HP because I use the truck for hauling and towing. I drive sensibly, always within 5 MPH of the posted speed limit. The big pleasure I take from the V8 is the launch from a stop. I love to hit the hammer hard from a stop and get up to speed as fast as possible and hear the roar of the V8 through the dual Flow Master set up ;) . I guess I am one of a fortunate few. I don't make or have a lot of money, but I also have nearly no debt. Only a small amount left to pay on the truck and our mortgage is very small and nearly paid off (7-8 years) as well. So...even though gas prices are crazy, they really are not hurting me yet. Not meaning to brag or sound conceited...just want folks to understand where I am coming from and that I agree that the small car thing is right for anyone that chooses it :cheers: . We do drive the YJ or MJ on weekends for anything we need to do as they get better MPG than the truck. ;)

If you get the clutch hydraulic assembly from the dealer (me ;) ), it will come as a completely assembled system...master, slave & line with fluid already in it. All you do is bolt it in and drive. Full retail on it will be in the $190 range. Your price through me... $127 plus shipping. The part number is 52104110 if you wish to check in to it locally. You will have to go aftermarket if you want the slave only.

That's what I was thinking. If it had one of the under side sprayers it probably cleaned off the "insulation" ;) .

Oh yea...we sell a lot of the 15-40 for the diesels here. Eagle...I am looking for answers, but there has been no "printed" guides like that for years that I have seen. As far as I know, the -AX- & BA10/5 trannies still use 75w90 / 80w90 gear oil and I have found nothing to make me believe any different. I have found some info on the Internet suggesting that a 50 weight motor oil can be used as a replacement...but I can not confirm that. I guess JT will be letting us know how that works for now ;) . The research I have done so far says the the Pennziol Synchromesh is an acceptable substitute for the 4874464 (MS-9224) Mopar NV3500 Manual Transmission Fluid that we sell here for the NV3550. I'll keep looking...

I'm sticking with my Dodge Ram 1500 4.7L as my DD. I just can't bring myself to drive some little car as I love the power of the V8. I am happy with the MPG at 12 - 14 around town and 17 - 19 hwy 8) . I will have it paid off in the near future and intend to sell/trade it to get a Diesel 2500 or 3500 Ram to make my DD. :D

I have seen the videos probably 2 years ago. It is possible, but will never see major manufacturing as the government will find a way to kill it because it will take too much money away from them and their pals in big oil :roll: .

I scored these on eBay so I will be installing them. That will take up about 20 minutes of my weekend...still have to figure out the rest. :D

If you have coolant leaking there...it's time for a new radiator most likely.

They will most likely come out of either a 4.6L or 5.0L, so yes...you are correct in that. Sorry I misunderstood what you were asking ;) .

There is really no way to tell what they came out of as he has suppliers from several different states that ship him the used injectors then he and his father rebuild them.

I knew you would come around sooner or later Eagle. I told them that you had a much simpler solution, but I could not remember where you got the tank from :cheers: .
