This is a pic out of my computer at work. I don't have any good pics of just the valve in my truck.

I did this conversion a while back and knowing what I do now...I would not have done it this way (changing the radiator). Here is my thread about the biggest PITA of the change... the electric fan operation... http://comancheclub.com/forums/viewtopi ... conversion Here is my thread on the conversion itself... http://comancheclub.com/forums/viewtopi ... conversion You will need the heater hoses and control valve to fit the later model as well. You will also need to figure out an overflow bottle.

8) Gonna have a Jeep parts sale/swap meet at your house? ;)

:rotf: Gotta good laugh out of that one Pete... This was the only NOT fun part of the weekend. It was on the way home Sunday afternoon. I tried to plug it, but after two plugs insterted, it still would not hold air. Image Not Found Image Not Found Image Not Found Image Not Found Image Not Found

I think this should be moved to the "Wheelin' or other events" forum now. ;) We did have a great time...thanks

Yes...real death wobble is something that you do not want to experience. The only way it will stop once started is to bring the Jeep to a stop. If yours calms down simply by slowing down a little, it's not DW, but rather something worn or loose as suggested by "pingpong".

I managed to get them all loaded last night so I will post some tonight when I get home.

The 23lb injectors are to high of a flow rate for our MJ's unless you have a Stroker. You need a 19lb for the 4.0L engines up to 1995. The injectors do not actually come from me. I just met the guy that owns the company while he was down here in FL (he is in NY now) and he was very cool and helped me out by actually bringing a set to my house for me when I bought them on eBay so I decided to help him out a little by doing some advertising for him in return for his kindness ;) . Remember...you must buy from his website and use the discount code " JEEP " for 10% off at checkout. www.precisionautoinjectors.com The discount does not work if buy from him on eBay.

 Excellent!!! Glad to hear it is running again. I think the thing I fear most on any vehicle is electrical problems.
-
Looks great . Definitely better than the Buick logo. 8)

I replaced the clutch in mine a few months ago. ALL aftermarket clutch kits that I could find came with a release bearing so it should have been replaced unless for some reason he just didn't do it.

Had a GREAT weekend!! There was wifi at the hotel, but it was runing at 5.5mbps  so I just gave up on trying to surf or post here as it was taking way to long to just log in. I tried Saturday night, but it was late after a LONG HOT day and we had gone to Rum Fest after the event to top it off. ;) I am very tired right now so I'll be working on the pics later ;) .

I am almost done packing the truck to head out to Daytona for Jeep Beach. I'll check in & post pics if I have wifi at the hotel, but if not...I'll catch up on Sunday night or Monday. It's a working weekend for us primarily as we are a vendor at evens like this selling our t-shirts, hats & stuff ;) . We will find time for a little fun though too  . Image Not Found

Now that is an ingenious set up 8)

:rotf: I think I have had enough of the poll thing for now. We are going out of town for 3 days starting tomorrow so will not be around much for a couple days. If the hotel has wifi, I'll try to check in when I have a chance though.

Guess where the "too big for the MJ" lights ended up... ...on "HER" YJ... :ack:
-
I would say wait and do it once as well. I have done too many lifts...and done them again and it's no fun.
-
I wondered how long that was going to take. When Tina took that shot, that is exactly what was on my mind too ;) . I had just come home from work and was still in my work attire. I liked the bigger round lights on the bumper better myself, but this is a compromise situation here :brows: . There is no place to put any more lights on the bumper unless I have more tabs welded on or drill in the bumper plate itself.

The curent Chrysler part# is 55235571AB. Even at the deal I offer ya'll...it's still $42  I didn't realize they were so expensive. I need to repalce the one on my passenger door too.
-
Yep...we like the look and they don't cost a fortune. They are actually pretty decent quality too. I bought all the lights for $82 including tax 8) .

What seats fit in the MJ?
BLHTAZ replied to Diehard Comanche's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
I am sure you could if you have the materials, the know how and tools needed. -
What seats fit in the MJ?
BLHTAZ replied to Diehard Comanche's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Anything not "made for it" is going to require custom fab work to install ;) . I have seen a lot of different seats used in these trucks...you just need the ability and facility to do it  . -
OK...made some changes tonight. I replaced the lights on the front with smaller rectangular lights and added the lights on the roll bar. Look better...??? :D

dealer parts: anyone have them cheaper?
BLHTAZ replied to A-man930's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Might want to try again...I didn't get anything from you.
