  1. I'm sure all 2.5 came with 4.10:1 ratios... look it up and auto 2.5s came with 4.56:1 ratio
  2. what method is it? with starting fluid? if so i have done this on lo of tirest to seat them, doesnt blow them up, but its will seat a bead just fine then can use air to finish it
  3. hey there, yeah you might want to cut that back in half and sleeve it and then weld it , just smart thing to do, since your welding with fluxcore, it not getting hot enough... but really like your truck man

  7. it only has to spin 15+ inches.. the one we had was cnc and had a probe that digitized the wheel to read the profile like a pharro arm does, but if you had a regular lathe you could just use and old axle and bolt the wheel to it and chuck it up
  8. i used to repair wheels like that a few years ago, we had a cnc lathe, we would sand and paint if needed and then recut the face of the weel and then clear
  9. what are you going to do with the red set of front control arms? i am close to you in nky... looking like you need to turn the heat up on your welder or preheat them, but thats just my thoughts, but look nice what you have done so far

  11. they head bolts are 12mm not sure on the thread pitch off hand, but they are a coarser thread. and they are two diffrent lengths.

  13. not to steal this, but i had a thought... i know the ax5 is weak, but the caddy northstar motor is the same bell houseing patern as a 2.8 and the 4cyl.. anyone thought about one of those swaps?

  15. i don't think they are stainless, they are more then likely plaited, like foxes or some bilstiens. stick a magnet on them, should stick..
