That is I think what is going on. I have a sleeew of electrical upgrades running throughout the truck. Maybe it's time to strip them all out and fix this darned problema :nuts: I'm also going to check the battery and alternator when I get a chance. Also might be time to invest in a good battery charger. Any recommendations? Craftsman?

Let me know how that parking brake works out. I've been running my 8.8 for 4 years now in 2 different vehicles and haven't had a parking brake the entire time... :nuts:

The only time I experienced 'genuine' DW was when the bolt holding my trackbar on the axle sheered off and there was about 1/2" of it left holding the tracbar on. This all happened on the freeway mind you. And if you didn't already know the speed limit on CA freeways is posted as 70mph but you NEED to go 80+ to keep up. Scarriest thing that has ever happened to me while I was in a Jeep (and i rolled that one twice!) My answer would be FIX IT NOW. Follow everyone's advice. It is not something to be takin lightly - if it is in fact DW.

I'm in the market for a 96-98 Grand Cherokee and have been combing craigslist for the past 2 weeks with a couple good canidates. I'd like to see more options though, anyone know any good used car sites? I refuse to buy a car on ebay or out of state, just too much hassle for me. How about dealerships? Where is the best place to get replacement battery and alternator cables? I remeber there was a guy on NAXJA who sold upgrades for these cables..anyone know him/or even if he does sell them anymore?

Ok this one has been boggling me for a while now. :mad: I was driving home the other night from a good day of fishing. It started to get dark so I turned the lights on. Right when I did that my radio started bugging out (power flickering) and eventually my lights went dim and my the truck wasn't running right. I turned the radio off but the entire trip back the light kept flickering dim, bright, and off. Now when I drive the truck my radio still acts up (i'm thinking its' power wires are screwed up somehow...after all I installed it :roll: ). The lights are still dim and feel like they are going to kill the engine (haven't left them on long enough to though). And when I use my blinkers, they don't blink at all (they are constantly 'blinked') and goof with the engine - so I haven't used them much lately. So wtf? :nuts:
