Have you heard anything about the status of Barrett Lake? Last I heard it was closed.
Willy
Its closed most of the year (Its average open time is about 2 months per year!). It opens when the snow melts. Changes every year depending on snow level and accumulation. Here is a good site for info... (expected to open mid-july this year)

Didnt want to loose that much bed space, wanted to keep it full bodied mj, and its a fad to bob beds (kinda like huge stinger bumpers).
J2squared, air over hydro, using bend tech.
50's ore 60's...I don't know the history of the trailer or much about old military trailers at all. Could not turn it down for a $100.
I also picked up a Yeti sherpa 80qt cooler for $15!!!!

Picked up my next project. Notice the jeep flatfender tailgate sitting on trailer ...it will get graphed in to trailer, along with tube fenders and some other cool stuff.
Thanks! Yours helped motivate me to bring mine to were I wanted it to be. I may regret not going with the bed I bobbed considering how low mine is. Ill be dragging it a bit, front really needed it for approach angle. Liked your side exit, like a lot of pre runners. I see why.....there is no room for exhaust over the axle.
Good choice on not stroking motor. There just $ and finicky. Spend the same money and supercharge theit 4.0 or leave it be. .....or a alum block gm 5.3 would be the bomb :D
I have my rear license plate on a bracket that slides in reciever hitch now, works great. Your bumpers (especially rear corners) look great and have a cool shape to them. I like that you took the time to add some shape/style to them. Ya, on my rear we used a band saw to cut the pieces out so grinding was less than with a plasma. The reason I mentioned thicker carboard is because with thin cardboard the templates always end up to large.
I didn't end up selling the rear bumper, so I'm actually still running it and the bed. I tossed the bed I bobbed.
