is it possible to get a search in the classifieds for particular states or distance from where you are?? ive been on a few other jeep sites that have that feature and it makes things alot nicer.

i was going to...... but i removed it from the mj dash then lost it :doh: have to go to the dmv and find out how to get a new one. still has the vin in the engine compartment so it shouldnt be too hard, plus my moms husband is a state patrol captain so maybe that will help lol

yes i took the entire mj wiring and dash out and have put in the xj dash and engine wiring. just trying to do research before i tear into it so itll be done right the first time. sorry for kinda jackin the thread but thanks alot for the info. :cheers:

in wiring do you mean engine harness? if so yes. ive got the cab forward harness swapped over to the xj, I'm using the xj dash guages ect. havent spliced/connected the rear harness together yet. too lazy and don't want to go work in my leaky garage. now to combine the xj/mj pump/sender do i still need the tank without the slosh pan??

ok thanks, i have a 89 mj 4 banger that I'm slowly putting my 4.0 in from my 96 xj.

this is probly a dumb question but i don't k now the answer so ill ask. I'm doing a 4.0 swap in my mj and see you guys talking bout the fuel pump and fuel sender? is the sender just what tells the guage to show? sorry not my thread but I'm curiouse...

when you put the lift on you stayin with 31s or goin to 33s???

the doors and mirriors are a good upgrade in my opnion, you have to swap the door latches. pretty easy, i just got a small piece of 3/16 flat bar and drilled 2 holes in it then welded nuts over the holes in the flat bar so you can adjust you door. the front header panel, hood and fenders swap also, along with dash but then you have alot a wiring to play with. the motor and t-case, front axle, rear axle i believe you would have to get spring over brackets or sumthin. anybody feel free to correct me or add somthing i missed.
