  1. I may but it’s not well kept. most up to date is on Instagram same user name @rowdy89mj i don’t do well with remembering to take or post updates. just finished up a dyno tune and it’s at 550 hp and funny gas is available
  2. Likely the Fastest one that’s in Louisiana
  3. I’m in Lafayette with a fast mj
  4. @1988comanche novak has a good write up on swaps and general information. Such as the difference in weight of the engines. ICT billet has a bunch of good information on ls swaps and components to use. I have a nitrous ls build that’s running low 11s in the 1/4 mile. Running a ford 8.8 rear with 4.11s (lkq sells whole rear ends out of explorers that will fit for $200) with a set of Caltracs and adjustable ranchero shocks stock leafs. And nittos ftw. This thing does NOT spin at the track and does so extremely well on the street I constantly beat up on much higher hp builds.
  5. How you fit that turbo in there is awesome. I have no room for a catch can on my swap much less turbos.
  6. I’ve had a few problems with my Novak rad setup ( I’m on my 3rd one.) But they’ve always been great with customer service and replaced it for free. the latest redesign has kept my truck cooler than ever. 180° cruising to the track I topped out at 204 hot lapping the drag strip and drive home at 180. atleast you got the issue resolved, unfortunate about how it came about though.
  7. Are you doing anything for a trans cooler?
  8. It’s petrolvibes.com* it’s made from 2mm steel sheet that’s laser cut
  9. When the Instagram adds catch your eye got these outlines made from petrovibes.com
  10. Yea very cool video!
  11. I also added a temp sensor to the bottom of the Novak radiator and have my fans running off of that sensor rather than the temp sensor in the head, you can have a significant difference in radiator temps vs head temps
  12. I have the Novak radiator (they have recently come up with a new core design, that is smaller but yet more efficient.) I have a stock Jeep condenser and an aftermarket tranny cooler in front of my radiator. I usually run 180s but can get up to 212. I have my fans maxing out between 190 and 202. Even running ac on a hot and humid Louisiana day. another idea to help burb the system is to leave that tall overflow on over night after a hot soak to let the air make its way out the system.
  13. So far the temps are fine (180-200°) with 80°+ outside did an hour highway drive and all day in city with no issues. hopefully the Louisiana summer doesn’t cause any problems.
