  1. Ohh i missed that part. That makes it alot easier to do. I had no interior harness to work with. If you are planning on an upgrade for your 2.5 i say this would be it. BUT i would thread thru the wires and make sure they are needed for you truck and if not just fish them outso your harness would be much smaller. OH and for the price I paid 500 motor and all from a buddy of mine but i didnt have the interior harness like i stated so i would probly say 300-350 for the complete wire set and accesories. Much easier then trying to pull it yourself and you don't have to hunt the little pieces. Cole
  2. I was gonna post this in the wheeling section but more people might see it here SINCE its short notice so ill put it here but if it needs moved go ahead. I havent been on in awhile so i didnt post this earlier but I will be headed to Gulches ORV park on Sat. the 26th. This place is a newer park located in Laurens SC. I wanted to see if anybody wanted to meet up there and wheel with us on Sat. If you do just post up and we can figure otu all the details but for now we are planning to arrive at 10:00 am Sat and wheel all day. Trying to see if anyone wants to go with. Cole
  3. MPI and TBI are completely different. I just done this swap with a 91 YJ MPI into my TBI and lets just say it can get very very touchy. The Big plug on the firewall doesnt match most of the wires so you have to pull the metal tabs out without destroying them and move them so they line up in the right spot so the fuse panel and interior equipment will work. ALso the MPI has so many extra wires you can cut out. Can be very tedious but i love it now plus the my MPG is better. If someone does this i can give a few pointers on it because there are no writeups i could find for it. Good luck selling this is a worthwhile swap for those 4 banger lovers like me. Cole

  5. I am begging the wifey for this right now but no such luck. If the bid stayed low and he clarified PAPERS as being a title i would fight hard for this thing. Cole

Well the Vance and Hines pipes were on it when i bought it. I got it used but with only 1500 on it and 3 months. The guiys went to a sport bike. I love it and I have riden the 1100 V-star and the Sporty and a Fat Boy. The fat boy was NICE but not a price i want to pay any time soon. I will ride it until i want more and then go find it. Cole

Sporty and a V-star classic 650 and theres a V-star 1100 also but i don't think its in the garage. LJRockstar wrote: I have had the bike for about 3 months. I just got around to posting pictures. Since i lowered it its much more agile and the longest i have riden was about 80 miles at 65 or so and it really wasnt to bad. Now that sporty and 1100 v-star are not comfy at all. It is a starter bike but i intend on keeping it around for a few years. I am not big on power or speed and granted the 1100 has plenty i am happy with the 650 so far. ALSO i never ever ever will sit on a quad or bike without a helmet..PERIOD end of story. I raced quads and know what happens to people without proper gear. Hell i even got a leather jacket and i despise leather. Thanks guys Cole
  11. Decided to go out to a local mudding area. Its used every year for a big mud event on mothers day called "mudders day". Lots of deep holes and a log run and tire pit. Got stuck which can be seen in the last picture. Prob. the worse i have ever been marred up. it took 2 jeeps to get me free. Had a lot of fun but didnt get many pics cause we didnt get there till just about dark. hopefully i can go again soon and get some more pics for ya'll. Enjoy Cole And here is me stuck and the level of mud on my front end

  15. How did you get a posi lock for 50 bucks that makes me want to buy one if i got it that cheap. I have a homebrew to instal but i don't like the design. Cole
  16. Western NC. Its in Murphy NC i guess would be the city. I might try to make this but i have to see if i will have a tow rig. I will prob stay in Brevard NC and then tow up on the day of it all. Hey SteveH we need to hit gulches when you get your MJ done. Shoot me a PM and maybe we can see if our plans can align. It will be awhile before i can get the MJ in wheeling order since my surgery has me down and out. Cole
  17. In high school i locked my keys in my truck 8 times in 4 months!!!! I start keeping count when i realized it was a normal occurance. don't ask my how or why it didnt click to start pulling them but it didnt. I learned how to use a coat hanger and get in faster then using a key. Cole
  18. Key on-Key of-Key on I beleive is what he is referring to. :dunno: Cole
  19. We were doing so good. Cole
  20. Hey Pete try Cabelas. They make custom hats and you can get them with Camo bills and such. From what I read you just pay a die setup charge of like 75 to 100 or so bucks and then do as many of whatever color paying for each hat. The one i liked was Mossy Oak bill with a Dark Kaki top. The hats themselves are individual priced. Maybe a new place to check out if these guys keep messing around. Cole
  21. Thanks CW I was contiplating doing it like that but then i started think of all the things that could go wrong. I am glad someone has told me all the BAD. I was to skittish to trust doing it without some of your guys opinions. I think i would rather go with a 1 ton setup that is customized with my steel or something. Cole

    Yuck.

Its as follows. 1/2 oz Captain Morgan Original spiced rum 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur 1/4 oz Malibu coconut rum 3/4 oz pineapple juice 2 - 3 drops grenadine syrup Add all ingredients (except grenadine) to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and pour into a double shot glass. Add 2-3 drops of grenadine, and serve. Try these sites as well for crazy drinks and shots. http://www.webtender.com Lets you tell it what you have and then gives you a list of drinks you can make out of it. http://www.drinksmixer.com Is a good one as well. Yuck.

Liquid cocaine and captain on acid are 2 greats. The Captain on acid is a sneaky one cause its almost tasty enough to drink by the cup fulls. You can line the bar with them and go from on end to the next without even thinking twice. The only prob is you can't think at the end. and soon afterwards this :teehee: moves on to this :ack:  My dad made us some Tom Collins drink the other weekend and they were good also. Taste like lemonade but the Gin will get ya. Cole
  24. So you can just move the controls around. I just thru all my junk back in and have always want to move the radio to the middle. Is it just unbolt and bolt back in. Cole
  25. I like the 6th one down the best and the bottom one pretty good. I would want all the staroger containers built in kinda like a service truck. I thought of doing a flat bed where everything has a home. I'm talking laying all my wheeling items out and making boxes just for each of them. Maybe layered trays with axles and steering then one for tools. I really like the 6th ones door that open for the tire. Also have them all lockable so i don't have to remove them after every trip. Always ready is my MOTO. Cole
