looking to purchase a SWB MJ in the New England area. I'm located south of Boston Ma but willing to travel a bit for the right truck. don't mind a project but would prefer it to be relatively stock and have a 4.0.

i agree pushing the limits or exceeding the limits of the truck can be dangerous but even in the event of having the right vehicle and something still going wrong your likely getting screwed by insurance companies and the law. not advocating for either way but ive towed with multiple vehichles and just because they are rated for x amount more then an mj doesn't mean they will fair any better in a bad spot. driver awareness will always play a large role in safety

absolute shame that you got hit. that truck looks like it was really well kept. hopefully they get you squared away and you can get that thing repaired

looks like the rust has gotten a strong hold on her. with it being located in sweden and the rare factor that must carry, you have to do what you can to keep the old girl on the road.

did you have any luck looking into the CPS?

love the decals with the 4X4. the white wheels look nice and retro as well.
