  1. What overall BW are your going to run? You going to stretch it? I wouldn't go divorced. You are going to sacrifice your rear DS angle for the front. NP205/203 doubler is a great set up but you'll need to stretch your WB to accommodate the longer driveline. Other options is as mnkboy said and get a underdrive box. http://www.northwestfab.com/NWF-BlackBox-Underdrive_c_7.html https://behemothdrivetrain.com/collections/strong-box-underdrives
  2. Megasquirt is a good platform to do your tune off of. As for the intercooler issue i was mentioning the problem is the lack of airflow and then getting heat soak especially if you're crawling. If you are just cruising around town probably not as much of an issue. Water cooled IC can work just have to route it correctly. Can also use a water menthol kit or NOS intercooler spray kit.
  3. http://www.boostwerksengineering.com/40L-Turbo-Manifold-_p_17.html Check out boostwerks. Id love a boosted 4.0 have toyed with the thoughts but same issues always come up. Intercooler and cooling. So far the most effective way I found was a remote mount turbo as it moves the turbo out of the engine bay reducing heat and allows a smaller intercooler.
  4. I mean all he is doing is making it obvious his junk a$$ ford is coming. Think of it as a saftey warning.
  5. Honestly find someone to do it on the side or to help you out if cost is the deterrent. Gears are one of those things that takes a knowing touch and you run the chances of fn it up and having to replace a lot more.
  6. She is pretty dang adorable but I'm biased. Oh I have, she always want to have tools when I'm in the garage.
  7. Yeah spring time is house selling time and pay a premium time too. I agree Derf house hunting sucks. Hopefully something pops up.
  8. None of me, but my daughter LOVES to "drive" to jeep.
  9. Oh hes even rocking "custom" wood trim......
  10. Put down the hand saw. Bummer the MJ is wrecked but maybe it's in a better place.
  11. Mines the joke of your porn name. First pet and street I grew up on. Had a german shepherd named smokey and grew up on yank st. Always thought it was a good combo

    Beer

That's a bummer. They only do it once a year right? One day would like to get to that brewery. Good brews and tunes cures a lot. I need to get my basement finished so I can get my man cave back. Loved at my old place going downstairs pouring a beer, throwing a vinyl on a either just relaxing or firing up the ps3 and playing GT5 on the simulator.

Snagged some pliny. Most times I'm used to a 1-2 bottle limit, but place up here is awesome. Just asked how much I wanted. Said one guy looks at me says ya sure?! It is delicious just an amazing true IPA.

I haven't had any true N/A beers but there's been a few that I've had that are very low ABV. First one that comes to mind was a lambic. In the end it was too fruity for me. Most times I don't really like the high octane stuff but it's nice having 1 and feeling warm versus killing a sixer and just hitting the head a lot.
  15. Buying a house is hands down the worst thing I've ever had to do. Whats crazy is you can go a buy a car in less than a few hours. Yes it's several thousand cheaper but the amount of everything that goes into home buying is ridiculous.
  16. Check Lares for rebuilds. Other good one is redhead steering. Little bit more than box stores but are here in the states. As for a rebuild I've heard it can be a PITA and really that's one of those things that you don't want to hope it's done right IMHO.
  17. It's what I would do to start. Here's a good start https://www.itstactical.com/skillcom/lock-picking/how-to-make-a-paperclip-lock-pick-that-works/ I'd avoid breaking stuff but I get that logic......
  18. So this is a thing and yes that's a MJ upfront...... I have no idea WTF you'd do with a XJ tub? Maybe throw the kids in back https://denver.craigslist.org/cto/d/aurora-1988-jeep-comanche/7080724821.html
  19. Pick it! This is a random skill I learned having to open my employee's cabinets when they lose their key and being locked out of other things. I've built picks out of paper clips and it's scary easy to get some of these locks open. Seriously....I opened our sentry lock box with a nail file. Other day someone accidentally tossed a document in a shred bin no one had a key. Less than 10 minutes it was opened. That was a name brand pad lock too.
  20. Ironrock offroad, ironman4x4 fab, stinkyfab, are all good "kits" or most of the parts to build. I wouldn't spend money on cRustys or junkcounty. Just me though.

Tonight's selection is ninja vs unicorn from Pipeworks in Chi town. Solid double IPA with mounds of hops. 5 per barrel to be exact. Was talking to one of the guys they are going to get a new IPA next week over 13%! They'll be the only spot west of silverthorne to have it. So will try to pick that up.
